This dealership is a complete fraud. I bought a certified preowned car there under 30k miles almost a year ago to the date and with the first 4 months the car stalled on the highway now again it has stalled and I’ve gotten all the run around, from no technicians to then saying I wasn’t under warranty then finally finding the warranty that they made me buy and now they are not responding. I have been paying for a rental because they won’t provide a loaner so everyday they wait is costing me more money.

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. I’ll elaborate. I called at 2pm today and gave the sales guy The two car SKUs. He asked what time I planned on coming in. I told him 5 o’clock. I showed up at 5:15. Neither of the two cars were there. Neither was the original sales person I spoke with. They assigned us to a different sales person. That guy tells us that the cars will be there in 15 to 20 minutes. 7 PM rolls around and we’re still missing the cars. Total waste of time. We walked out. We will buy the car as we like jeeps but certainly won’t buy here. This place is a joke

IM there're happiest customer they could have ..ive been a loyal customer for almost 10 years..ive had 3 cars from here....Traded them in with soo much easeee..Ricardo the sales man that helps me is amazing at his job. I always leave super happy with my new car..Juan H who works in service is super excellent as well .. Anytime I need an appt he helps me out to accommodate me and makes sure I'm in and out..10 stars for these guys...

Don't sell/trade car here (if you want to be paid)
Recently leased a new Jeep from this dealership and traded in a car as a partial trade-in, plus a payout amount. The payout was supposed to be delivered via check within 2 weeks according to them. Over a month has gone by and the check has not been issued. The salesman I worked with was responsive, but had no answers on how or when the transaction would be completed. He referred me to office lines for both a finance manager and the GM, who have failed to return calls after leaving a voicemail. No resolution or communication has been made about when the check will be delivered to me. I would not do business here if I were you; the customer service is non-existent.

Terrible Customer Service
I scheduled an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2.5 hours and I only got my keys when I did because I went up to the desk to ask about it. Afterwards, I noticed that my car was scratched on the driver side. When I contacted them they looked at the scan of my car and stated that it must have happened while I was there. It took more than a week to get my car in for repair. I was told it would take 1-2 days. I had to call to find out when it was going to be done. There wasn't a satisfactory amount of communication. Each time I called, I was told it would be the next day. On Friday, I called two times and was told someone would call me back in 30 minutes. I told them I was leaving for a short vacation and needed my car back as early as possible. I did not receive the phone call until after I had left at 3:00. I received my car a week after I had dropped it off. Afterwards, I filled out the survey giving an honest review. I then received an email stating I was blocked. When I called to question it, someone from the Services Dept stated that the higher ups stated my business was no longer welcome there. I have filed a complaint with Jeep.

Check. your records I bought a 2018 kia forte on 5/31/23
You guys can't even get you storys straight. I purchase a 2018 Kia Forte from day 1 there was a problem with the low tire pressure light. I took the cae back they when it was a bad tire sensor and said it was replaced.when I was driving home the light came back on. Took the car back to service they abvised me that it was a Kia problem.A loaner car was promised in mid July needless to say this never happened. Very unprofessional and I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership ever.
