    Made a deal, in writing , left a $500 deposit after having mechanic check truck. Got a call 3 days later that manager backing out of deal because he could... make more money at auction. Disgusting business practices! Stay clear of this place.

    The dealer backed out of the deal because client wanted several extra items done to the vehicle that were not part of the deal as written. Also the de...posit was made prior to mechanic checking out the truck. We also reimbursed the cost of the mechanic upon us cancelling the deal.

    First I'd like to say that from the time of my purchase to the inception of my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, my experience was above my expectations. Today... I brought my car in for an issue that was not the dealerships mistake, but from the time I made my appointment to getting the problem rectified, the level of customer service by Ron and Tim was unbelievable. I am very particular with my cars and was made to feel very much at ease and Tim promised that I would be very happy. He was on the money! I am so pleased with outcome of the repair and I would recommend that anyone one interested in a Jeep Chryler or Dodge product not only go to this dealership, but be sure to see either of these two gentlemen. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

    The worst car dealing experience in my life. A Bunch of animals work at this dealership ! They are your best friend when you are negotiating a deal but... boy do anything i mean anything to cross them look out the whole dealership from salesman to manager team up and attack you. I made the unforgivable mistake of actually calling them up a day after i left a deposit saying i found a deal that not only beat them but blew it away ! They appraised my trade in at 5000 than 5500 and although skeptical still went ahead and left a deposit. Left dealership feeling ripped off. Told them i was pulling my truck off the deal expecting them to raise it which they didnt do. So i shopped around. A big NO NO in their book ! I was offered 9500 for truck and basically the same deal for the purchase of a new truck ( a bit better actually ). So i just saved nearly $5000 by buying with another dealer. Informed the sale man and silence from him. Guess hes not your best friend after all . The manager calls says that its never more than 500 the difference in appraisals. So i again text sale man saying thank you your a nice guy, liked chatting with you but i have no choice deal at other dealership is much better etc , take care. Again no response. Text him and call dealership asking for my deposit back silencer nothing 0. So text salesman asking for my deposit again ,saying enough is enough give me my deposit back now tell me what to do.... The most Vulgar curse spewing attack ever in text from him. Uncalled for unprofessional and revealing of how they truly are. Look at horrible reviews here for this dealership....horrible, i should have read first... Says all angry come down and you will get your deposit back... See him at dealer he runs away says hes not dealing with me! Again what have i done i saved $5000 and told him hes a nice guy . Manager Dan handles he tells me i was wrong should have honored deal.I said hey Dan if you got a better deal saving you $5000 what would you do? He says i would honor deal with him for less money, far less money ! Unreal !! I would have bought from this sale man again and the dealer but after seeing there true colors never again and i would advise all to be cautious. They are not your friend ! This experience was ugly, uncalled for and unprofessional. I am just glad there are far better dealers around than this !

    Worst customer service in service and sales I have ever experienced from any place! First off I made an appointment for my car to go in over 2 weeks ago.... Then when my car was dropped off for service they had to hold it over night because they couldnt figure out the problem. If you ask me they didnt get to my car at all. Nick called me the day after I brought my car in for service to tell me that they couldnt do anything for my car and that they had to order a piece for the car that wouldn't be in for over a week. Now I have a child and already had to make arrangements yesterday for me to even have a car today bc they do not do loaners. When I picked up my car this afternoon no one showed me where my car was parked. A service member didnt even advice me of any information about what is going on with my car. The service manager, Alex was very nasty to me over the phone when I tried to explain my situation then he hung up the phone on me for no reason. I have owned 3 Jeeps and I am turning my Jeep in as we speak out of the disrespect and the inconvenience they put me through. I dont even care i have 5 more months on the lease. I want nothing to do with this car.

    *****Beware of Port Jeff Chrysler Jeep Dodge!!! Service department just convinced me not to buy a car here or use the service department again. Here’s... what just happened....I made an appointment last week for this morning to service a recall and fix non functional windshield washer fluid. They schedule APPPOINTMENTS here. Keep that in mind. So when I arrived I spoke with Nick in service who said it would be an hour and a half and asked me if I wanted to wait or come back. I told him I would come back in about 2 hours. I had my young child with me. Over 2 hours later I did not hear anything so I called and they said Nick was out to lunch. Apparently I spoke with Matt who got on the phone and said my car might be ready by the end of the day. So I went to pick my car at least 2 1/2 hours later after first dropping it off , they never looked at the car and Matt just dropped the keys on the counter like they could care less. Matt told me if I had waited for my car I would have been the next car to be fixed but since I didn’t wait that they PUSH the car service back for other people who come in. I should also make mention that at no point did they offer to make this right or to put my car in for the service , on the phone or in person . Why bother scheduling an appointment here? If they felt they needed the car all day when I first walked in that would have been a little different, albeit odd because they use an appointment system But the whole way it was handled was pretty lousy customer service , I had the foresight to make an Appointment well in advance to avoid exactly what they did to me. AVOID this dealer/service , they couldn’t handle 2 small repairs properly how could they handle bigger business ?

    I've leased 2 cars from them. Just avoid Adam in finance. I don't trust him as far as I can throw him. Tony Bottone is a great salesman and will get... you a great deal. The service department is good too and has fair pricing for a dealership. The last time I was in Adam tries to raise the rate claiming its only $10 per week but it was more than that. Besides $50 per month is $1,800 over the course of the lease. Then he tried to charge us the tax again even though it was part of the down payment. I had to argue with him and show him his own paperwork. He then claimed no one told him but he's the finance guy. It clearly showed taxes payed. Would they have kept the extra $1,700? My first lease there was smooth as a whistle. The second had me wanting to walk out. Customers should be afraid some guy is going to try and beat them out of $3,500 total. I'll go back to Tony Bottone but never deal with Adam again. I recommend the dealership only because of Tony but ask not to deal with Adam.

    The worst place I ever been too, Bought a truck here picked it up next day realized horn, lights not working bring it back they fix it then Remote start... was not working and they said it wasn’t covered on the warranty. Then 1 month later A/c stopped working and they put Freon in it and charged me 210 for die and Freon because that’s not covered under warranty and went back a few days later and they said everything was good and two days later it’s blowing hot air again found out the AC condenser had a little hole in it, the worst place ever now I go to Brown’s Because they fix it an Don’t make more problems to rip you off so they can’t get money out of you
