DO NOT BUY HERE MUST READ...These guys sold us a Certified Pre-Owned Jeep that had several leaks and MOLD. How is this possible with a certified pre-owned vehicle! Their sales team and managers are by far the worst people to deal with. They barely took any accountability for this and refused to take the car back. Do not deal with John Moran, he is a constant liar and Mario doesn't know how to handle issues professionally with customers. Brian the service manager is the only person who was helpful. If you want a dishonest sleezy dealership, go here. If not, take your business to the several other Jeep/Dodge dealerships in the area. These guys are terrible!!!! Hopefully our complaint to Jeep Corporate will help future buyers.

never go there i test drove a used car put a deposit on it the day i went to pick it up they told me that wasnt the car i bought they wanted 2000.00 more tried to give me a car i never saw no compromise just was told to take my deposit back and get out so i starting getting loud & a manager came over and still no tring to fix the problem said the salesman mixed up the stock numbers nothing he could do about it 2000.00 or take the car i never saw so i took my money back bought one somewhere else 2 days later i get a call from the salesman saying he found me another car that would be a good fit why would i buy a car from them cant even get there numbers straight beware do not buy any car from this dealer

The service department does a great job, never had an issue with my jeep. I wanted to trade my car in and get a new one. The Jeep I was looking at was very expensive because it was loaded. I had a lot of questions to ask before putting down a deposit. Things weren’t adding up so I asked the salesman to explain some of the discrepancies and he told me I was wasting his time.

I purchased a new 2022 leftover Ram 1500. I traded in my 2019 Ram 1500 and was given a very fair price for the trade and again came to a more than pleasing deal with the new truck. Date of delivery had to be the easiest I had ever had sitting with the finance department no BS up sales very straight forward in and out 15 minutes. I love this track like you have no idea. No unfortunately my new truck had a few hiccups in the beginning and I got to meet the service dept. I have to say that the are a very nice group of people that really went above and beyond with everything concerning my thoughts on my truck. I will definitely buy from them again and my wife is planning on leasing the Jeep Grand Cherokee for them in the up coming months.

Henry was great, he helped me find my dream Jeep Wrangler 4xe, I always wanted a Jeep and Henry went above and beyond in helping me find what I wanted in my price range. Henry was very knowledge and helpful about the car and whole car purchasing process.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! They are deceitful, intentionally fail to disclose financial details and do anything they can to make the sale….I traded in a jeep I purchased at smithtown for a new jeep and was completely mislead about the terms of my trade it. I beg that anyone thinking of a jeep to please visit either riverhead or smithtown as I am not the only one to experience similar treatment, having asked around after I realized the bait and switch they pulled. It is just sad that they take advantage if people the way they have. I am an actual customer and this business should not be trusted.
