Don’t let someone tell you what you want

I told the salesman what I wanted before we even went in the door. Took a truck for a ride great truck but it wasn’t what I wanted. I kept telling him what I wanted and he just kept saying how about this one and that one. I told him again what I wanted and he said would you want this one. I left because he kept trying to sell me what I didn’t want. Nobody tells me what I want I know what I want

Easy to deal with!

Picking up/returning my car for service is convenient and easy. I don't have to use vacation time to sit and wait on my oil change.

Sold the car I was going to buy. Had appt. UPSET!!

Spoke to a woman, letting her know I was coming down to see and buy a 2015 Caddilac SRX and made an appointment. This dealership is over an hour from where I live. 15-20 mins before, I decided to show my mother the car and needed a 2nd driver so I can drive my new 2015 Caddy SRX back home. I pull up their website......GONE.....they sold the vehicle, never let me know and had me drive all that way FOR NOTHING. So if you ever set an appt. to see a car, I suggest you get there before opening hours, like a black Friday event. No call to let me know, nothing. Its heartbreaking. I called the bank Thursday to take out the cash, 20k total because I really REALLY wanted this vehicle. Had everything I wanted. My heart sank, sick to my stomach. I gloated about it to the saleswoman on the line. She set the appointment but at their business, appointments mean JACK xxxx! Stay away, they'll sell the vehicle you make an appt to see before you even get there!

Fantastic Dealership

I needed to have the dealership buy back my husbands truck because of his death. The Sales Team was compassionate and very understanding. I received a good deal for the truck and was satisfied. I recommended my daughter buy a car and she made a deal the same day. I would highly recommend the dealership

Great attention to detail

We had a great buying experience with Mike. The vehicle we had wanted got sold before our appointment but he was able to provide us with a back up option that fit the bill and met all of our requirements. Very pleasant to deal with, and approachable after the sale for follow up questions that weren't thought of right away.

40 years of buying cars, this experience was best

We had Chris as a salesperson and he was great - pleasant and willing to get answers to all our questions and knowledgeable too. Very pleasant and pleasant to the point that we didn't think we'd get a new card on Saturday - but we did. We live 90 miles away and drove by many Ford dealers (two we had stopped at prior to visiting Blaise Alexander) but he was so much more personable, interested, and not acting like we had to decide fast as we were taking up his time - he gave us the feeling he was there for us and wanted to be sure we were taken care of.

Great team, even better experience

Without a doubt, the best experience ever purchasing a new car. The sales associate, John Kline was phenomenal and had everything all set for me when I walked in to pick the car. The finance team was also great, answered any and all questions with ease. Love the new Maverick and would definitely buy from Blaise Alexander again.
