Do not use Stratton Chevrolet if you want good customer service AFTER the purchase. We purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse on 5/31/24 and noticed a very rough shifting in the transmission in the middle gears. They were notified of the defect immediately, and began the "You bought it AS-IS". This started in the service dept. with Jim, and ended with the salesman who sold the vehicle, Bill. They said they would work with us by splitting the repair cost, but would not take full responsibility for selling a vehicle with a faulty transmission. I am not originally from this area, so I am not a "buddy" or family member posting a review because of my familiarity with them. This is an objective review. Do not take your business to them if you're looking for professional treatment
