Most unprofessional dealership I've encountered.

Most unprofessional dealership I've encountered. Have purchased 2 Maserati's from Miller, and will never go back. The service department is run to scam owners with no other choice for basic oil changes. Miller has a captive market in a wealthy town, and takes advantage of consumers. Beware!!!

Shady sales man David and his sales manager.

The sales men are shady David D in particular. They tell you one thing to get you interested and then try something different later on. The Sales manager is cocky and does not try to do the right things to keep a customer. They also try to low ball people on there trade. I would never by from these shady people.

Highly recommend these guys.

Very impressed. Bought a Mclaren from this group. From start to finish, professional, fast, and over the top in service. Negotiation - my way - primarily by email, through to delivery and pickup of a Ferrari trade was very smooth and very fast. Jessica in sales is top notch, couldn't have done a better job. Paperwork and payoffs handled promptly right on time. Have never worked with a better highline auto dealership, every commitment honored, quality product delivered.

Horrible AVOID

After six weeks waiting for my part to be delivered this Rolls Royce dealership called me to tell me they canceled the order without even contact to me first I don’t know what the excuse was but I know the service manager said that he was going to try to expedite the part and agreed that he should’ve called me tonight I just found out my car is one hour away from being delivered back to my house this is the worst and most ridiculous horrifying I’ve ever had in my life with this dealership avoid at all cost

Corrupt ConMan

They canceled the part without me even notified this was after I waited five weeks then I told him to go ahead and order the part because I’ve already waited five weeks and today I find out that they’re sending my car back to New York this place is the most corrupt disgusting car dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life and I’m in my 60s everything is about cash the Rolls Royce warranty they could care less about And by the way it’s $5000 per year for the extended warranty it doesn’t cover anything according to Mela they want to charge me for every single last thing if they can’t charge you for it they don’t want to fix it do yourself a favor stay away from these con artist they are worse than attorneys

Great experience with Miller

Bought a 2016 Maserati Gran Turismo from Ismail and couldn't be happier. Sent an email via cars.com on Sunday night at 8:50 got a return email at 9:00 from Ismail who was great to deal with.As it was a 6 plus hour drive they held the car for me.The car was exactly as represented.There was a small imperfection on the rear bumper which I would have been ok with touching up but they wanted to repaint the bumper. Ismail then told me that as we had travelled so far they would deliver the car to our home.It arrived on time as promised. I am very fussy about bodywork and they did an excellent job. Miller has a mind blowing inventory and were super friendly and took great care of us. Would return to Miller and Ismail without hesitation. Thanks!

Time for a new car!

Time was up on my 2017 Giulia TI sport lease through Miller and my original salesman had moved on so I stopped in and met Sean Williams! What a great experience I had. Sean helped find the exact 2019 Giulia TI Sport I was looking for and I ended up turning early to be sure I could lock into another great ride!
