I met a nice man at Getgo a few weeks ago and he said go

I met a nice man at Getgo a few weeks ago and he said go to Fairway Ford. He said I will be very satisfied. What a blessing! I was so overjoyed to meet Paul H when I arrived for my Service visit on Monday, 6/9/2025. I told him I felt like I was back in Melbourne FL @ Kelly Ford and that Fairway Ford is now picking up where I left off. As I enjoyed some popcorn and cookies in the waiting area, I looked outside and my truck was serviced quicker than I had expected. Beautiful! Great Service Dept. I felt warmness and kindness radiating from the entire staff. What joy! I died and went to Heaven. All kudos 👍

Everyone at Fairway Ford was very polite and

Everyone at Fairway Ford was very polite and professional. The purchase process was very efficient. I dealt with Dominic Mamone, who was great. He was not pushy at all and was very understanding of what we were looking for. I never felt any pressure dealing with Dominic. I would definitely recommend Fairway Ford, especially Dominic. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

We’d been pretty frustrated with our truck search lately,

We’d been pretty frustrated with our truck search lately, until we came across a truck at Fairway Ford. They had an awesome selection and solid pricing. We ended up working with Dominic, who was great—super knowledgeable, easygoing, and made the whole process smooth. Brett helped out too and was just as helpful. Everyone we interacted with at Fairway Ford was friendly and low-pressure, which we really appreciated. They went above and beyond, and we left with a truck we absolutely love. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fairway is not the way they do business.

Fairway is not the way they do business. Bought an explorer from them after they touted all these inspections etc about the car. i drove it off the lot with a bad transmission. Brought it right back and they agree it needed replaced but i had to drive it for months unsafely before they could get it in to replace it under the warranty i bought. That encounter with the service dept was awful and the multiple times ive had to bring it back in have been the same. The “replaced” transmission had a fluid leak then had a broken flex plate i paid 2k to fix then they returned the car to me with transmission and wrench lights on the dash they wanted to charge me to diagnose, again couldnt get me in for months but then finally made an appt for 830 am on a friday and now heading into the next wednesday they still havent had a chance to look at it yet!!!!!! Ofcourse they dont call when they say they will or do what they say they will, i have to call all day long to get ahold of someone to find out whats going on with my car! I have a full time job and children, i need my $40k car i purchased from them in good faith. They dont seem to get or care about that and i want to warn my neighbors! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. They will wear you down mentally emotionally and financially and they dont deserve the opportunity to do this to anyone else!

Wonderful experience in car buying.

Fairway is a down to earth atmosphere with friendly

Fairway is a down to earth atmosphere with friendly workers who are willing to help in anyway to fit your needs. I personally like open on Saturdays and evenings for scheduling purposes. Recommend to others.
