Great Experience!
Found a car posted on Cars.com that I was interested in, so I decided to email the dealership. Jeff contacted me within 30 minutes on a Thursday. Had me submit a credit application and trade appraisal online on Friday and then went up Saturday morning to get the car. Was at the dealership for about an hour. Everyone was very nice and professional. Best part of the whole experience was the deal I received on the car. Got a fully loaded Focus ST with every option for below the msrp of a bare bones base model. Will certainly start here when it comes time to purchase my next car.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with FairWay Ford. We are thrilled you are happy with your entire sales experience. We do greatly appreciate your business. We look forward to working with you again in the future. Enjoy your new car!
Slow response to email requests
I was interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee that the dealership had for sale on-line at cars.com. I sent an email requesting a return email to see if the car was still for sale, this was on Wednesday. Nothing the next day. I then went to their website and submitted an email there requesting the same info, on Thursday, still no response. I was going to drive 90 miles to the dealership on Saturday to look at the car and did one final check for an email before I left and saw that the car had been sold already. That email came to me ay 8:30 pm. on Friday night. I thought a faster reply was in order, especially by internet sales.

Thank you for providing comments in regards to your recent contact with FairWay Ford. We do apologize for not getting back to your e-mail's in a timely manner. Our goal is to get back to our customer's e-mail quicker than anybody else, so it is disappointing to hear otherwise. We hope you will consider us again if we have another vehicle you are interested in.
Bad customer service/attitude in parts.
Short story: Terrible customer service from Kevin the egomaniac in parts. Long story: saw the grille I needed for my superduty on Fairway's ebay for $389. Called Fairway was very polite, got quoted 5 something, asked to speak to internet parts guy and was told no problem we will match the internet, c'mon in. Upon arriving at Fairway I indicated to Kevin that I would like to take a look at the part before paying. Kevin became irritated when I told him I was planning on using the chrome surround with my king ranch insert and argued with me that it is not a 2 piece design when indeed it is. He told me twice "I have enough business, go to Donnell and pay 5 something" and further when on to tell me that he is "sick and tired of customers attitudes" and that I was welcome to take up his attitude problem with the owner because "he [the owner] knows how much money I make this company and won't care to lose you as a customer". So I said sure, lemme speak with the owner. He smugly replied that the owner is on vacation. Ahhh, yes, very convenient- while the cat's away, the mice will play. No wonder he was so quick to be so rude and unpleasant. He went on to tell me that there was no one above him at the dealership at that time that I could talk to. I found this rather hard to believe since he was sitting on a stool at the parts counter. I ventured out front where I located a manager, let him know what was going on and was assured that he would talk to Kevin and the owner upon his return from vacation. Fairway didn't just lose a measly $389 that day as Kevin was so quick to point out- my '08 King Ranch F250 is getting traded in this summer on a new one ($60k) and my wife is in the market for an Explorer Sport ($50k plus). Wonder how many other car sales Kevin has lost for Fairway this year with his terrible customer service? Who would want to buy a new vehicle from Fairway and have to deal with HIM when they need a part? Not me. And btw I took Kevin's advice and went to Donnell. They were happy to match the price.

Purchased a new F150 from them. I did almost everything...
Purchased a new F150 from them. I did almost everything online, emailed a bunch of dealers, they had the best price. Showed up, truck was ready, did paperwork, out the door in less than an hour. Only time I got bad vibes was from the finance guy, when he said my only opportunity to buy the extended warranty was day of purchase. I passed, that is completely untrue. Other than that it was great! I worked with their internet sales guy, think his name was AJ.

Beware of Advertised Prices!
We've been looking for a vehicle for some time; we saw the advertised prices of new Ford vehicles here (trucks) and thought, not much more than used ones....why not? Well; we learned that there are "conditions" to the prices they advertise. Example: The prices you see here today, require you use Ford financing... this is over 6%! You can go to any local bank and get half that or better. If you choose to seek normal finance rates, they change the price by at least $1000! I cannot believe the Attorney General hasn't heard of this, because you just don't see these business practices in use much these days. They will be quick to tell you how great they are, how many trucks they sell and what a giant favor they are doing for you by selling you a truck....don't believe it! Thanks, Jason

Our advertised price does say that Ford financing is required. This customer was made aware of all conditions and even went as far to give us all information for a deal. A day later the customer got cold feet and backed out of deal, then gave this nasty feedback to us. We do lot's of F-150 business all over the country and never have had this kind of reaction to a GREAT DEAL on a truck. If you are in the market for a new F-150, please consider us because we do have the best deal's around on the them.
Great Experience!
Usually car buying experiences are horrible & stressful. Fairway Ford was not like that. It was a good experience. I think the main key to no stress buying is to do your homework on the computer before going. We knew what we wanted before we got there. We love our new to us, 2011 Ford F250.

So glad to hear that your are loving your new truck. We very much appreciate your business. If we can assist you with service or another vehicle, please keep us in mind. Thanks again for your purchase. FairWay, that's the way we do business!
Don't Waste Time if Out of Town
Dealer will not certify paperwork for out of town purchase. Will not accept cashier check by FedEx. Makes you wonder why you would drive any distance with no guarantee.

We sell cars and trucks all the time to out-of-state customers and have had great feedback from them. Not sure why the negative feedback when this customer never even went through with the deal?
Bought 4 trucks from there so far!!

All the employees will lie you cannot trust this business...
All the employees will lie you cannot trust this business I had a mirror with a cracked housing fairway sad the whole unit needed replaced at the cost of $550. When I got the bill it was $783.34 after arguing fairway said it was a mistake. But it gets better I wanted the the broken part which was the whole unit including heated mirror turn signal all enclosed in a plastic housing. Fairway lied an said they threw it in trash and could no longer find it. So what the thieves did was just replaced a $30.00 plastic housing unit that was cracked an then used the rest of the parts to make what Fairway said was all brand new Fairway will rip you off.
