Ardit was my customer service representative. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Ardit had everything covered - the demo car was ready to go as soon as I stepped into the dealership (I was running late and got to the dealership 1 hour before close but it was not a problem for Ardit), all of the details of the lease were clearly communicated, and all of the features of the car were properly demonstrated. I highly recommend Ardit and Mercedes Benz of White Plains and will come back again without hesitation.

The car sales individuals are great, each and everyone. Tracy was very considerate and friendly and I would definitely go back to her. However their detailing department does quite need some help in their skills and honesty. Please check your car after purchasing to ensure they actually "cleaned" the car you purchased and ensure all items that come with the he car such as mats etc are still there after the "cleaning," as we were about to drive off and noticed the weather mats where missing. When asked it was suspected they were cleaning them and forgot to put it back inside, but they weren't cleaned. Considering the car was used I know it won't be perfect, however, certain aspect could've definitely been taken care of efficiently by the cleaning department, but I experienced otherwise. (WeatherMats had soda stains, the tray where drinks go were still dirty, trunk not vaccumed, black dirt near the arm rest). The sales and price is great however the cleaning department needs to be more efficient, evidently having nothing to do with the salesperson. If management emphasize on the importance of cleanliness I would give 5 stars!

From beginning to end the Customer Service was spot on and everything you would expect when buying a Mercedes-Benz. Ardit was professional and communicated well without being pushy.

The experience was very pleasant and easy without any problems. This was my first time at this dealership and would come back again without doubt.

Do not buy a Mercedes anywhere else!

Jennifer Magnan was not only knowledgeable, but listened to our specific needs and problems in a warm and understanding way. We actually ended up purchasing the very first car she had us look at, but in the week it took us to make that final decision, Jennifer showed us her patience, her constant availability and information, and a terrific sense of humor. Buying the car was truly a pleasure......as is driving it!

Types keep getting flat tires 3 times in Mercedes's class in 2 years and 1 glen within 1 year is Mercedes putting cheap tires

I love going to MB White Plains as you can depend on Angelo. Once you leave the car he will take care of what ever needs to be done be it service or any other problem you have and will get back the car in great shape. My recent visit was for service and map update, glad I have the latest version of the map. Last week my radio stopped working and without an appointment I went to Angelo and he graciously accommodated me with no waiting and the problem was fixed immediately.
