Service visit

Didn't buy our company truck there,but treated us like we did! Service team was excellant!!! Everything was great! Took a little longer but we were informed of the delays which helped us schedule our pick ups/deliverys

Chevy Traverse

The staff members are so friendly and accommodating!! I brought my 2 kids the last two times during my oil changes, and everyone was so kind to us and helpful!

needs work

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Had no issues as the service was completed in a reasonable time and the car wash was needed and appreciated. However, the next day, a wiper blade on the same vehicle was in need of replacement after being frozen to the windshield. I went to the service dept. to see if the service manager could replace the blade as I am walking on a broken foot that hinders me from doing the replacement myself. I was told that he did not know how to do that and a wait if 45-60 minutes would be necessary to get a replacement. If I were able to get around and purchased the wiper blade myself, it would have taken all of 5 minutes to replace. This vehicle was purchased at Troy-Alan as has our last 5 vehicles. This is not how I believe we should have been treated. Disappointed. I still have not replaced this wiper blade and will need to wait until my foot is healed enough to do it myself. Auto Zone is not my idea of auto service.

Terrible service time

Schedule an appointment for oil change and inspection. I was told to drop the vehicle off between 8 and 9. I get there I'm told you appointment isn't until 11 am. Tired of waiting called at 3:15 pm and truck still wasn't done. I was told that it was dropped off for an all day appointment. This is NOT what I was told when I made the appointment. Service had no empathy and tried to put the blame on me.

Partial service didn’t feel Troy Alan was the wise

my experience at Troy Alan Chevrolet was terrifi

I'm from Pittsburgh and I could not have asked for better service from the moment I walked into be dealership until I left my car was washed and vacuumed and in better shape then when I entered the dealership I would give it a 10 out of 10 or higher rating and would certainly like to buy my next car from Troy Allen Chevrolet.
