Excellent customer service
When I went into Lariche Chevrolet in Findlay Ohio I ran into a serious snag when I attempted to pay with my Marcus GM credit card points. The cashier (Terry Price) made a huge effort to resolve the issue but it just could not be resolved without further action on my part that I would have to do on my computer at home. I appreciate very much her efforts on my behalf. The excellent service and personnel at LaRiche is why I have all my service done there and why I have purchased my last two cars at their dealership.

Stay away from the body shop
I strongly urge you to stay away from the body shop! They ruined my new pickup's paint after a small accident. The paint was awful after 3 attempts. From peeling paint, to paint runs, headlight seals being broken, over spray, I could go on and on. I had to take to a different dealer to get it fixed correctly. Ownership didn't even want to work with me. The money was their only concern. There was no communication, no remorse for the crappy work and very disrespectful. I was on the verge of hiring an attorney before they finally agreed to cover the costs to have it repaired elsewhere and even then, it was about the bottom dollar. This started in June. It is October and I just got my truck back from the other dealer. Save your time, money and sanity and keep clear. Customer service and quality is not a strong point for this dealership.

Above and Beyond
This story is quite lengthy but I'll try to give you the short version. My daughter purchased a 2017 Chevy equinox in November of 2020. She had since moved to Indianapolis so she had been getting her car serviced/oil changes there in Indy. After a few months of dealing with the same issue the engine finally blew. The dealer in Indy straight out lied and was trying to take advantage of my daughter because she knows nothing about cars and her family/support lives 3.5 hours away. Lariche got involved and knew something wasn't quite right so they asked our permission for them to haul the car from Indianapolis to Findlay. There, they diagnosed the problem, filed a claim to the extended warranty (which ended up covering the cost of repair)and within 2 weeks had my daughter back on the road. The dealer in Indy told her she would have to pay AT LEAST $6000 out of pocket and they were trying to talk her into just trading it in. Which would have been silly because she would get nothing for a vehicle with a blown engine! Lariche went above and beyond when they recognized that the other dealer was taking advantage of a young girl. I really can't thank the entire staff enough for all they did. Thanks to Keegan for getting the ball rolling and to Lois for fighting to make things right! You are truly a blessing and we appreciate you more than you know.
