Recently bought a vehicle 12-23-24, and about one month

Recently bought a vehicle 12-23-24, and about one month later 1-24-25 I went to start it up and multiple warning on dashboard and through the app. From Engine,Transmission Failure, emissions system failure, loss of stabiltrak, loss of power steering. it is now 2-22-25 and is still in the shop and 30 days and counting. This is listed as a Lemon according to the state of Michigan lemon law but they still won't honor any change of vehicle as this I told had to have the heavy mechanic come in to diagnose the Engine issues. As this will be on a Car fax and totally ruin any type of resale value. This vehicle had 700 miles on it , and was bought brand new. would never recommend this dealership to anyone

The customer service was great.

The customer service was great. I?m satisfied with the repairs. My engine runs loud, I hear knocking noice under my dashboard and I was disappointed in the cost to remove and fix my tire after the service rep said he would have fix.

A simple oil change and tire rotation takes 2 1/2 hours

A simple oil change and tire rotation takes 2 1/2 hours here. If you have it done anywhere else it’s a 30 minute job. This is the second time I’ve had this happen so it’s not an isolated incident. Don’t waste your time with this service department. They don’t deserve your loyalty or your business. I won’t be returning to this dealership.
