My service rep was great, his name was Tyler.
My service rep was great, his name was Tyler. A hour and a half is a little much for an oil change and rotation. But, here was my complaint. I was given my key, went out to my car, it was not my key. When I went back in to the desk where three employees were standing around talking, I said this was not my key. One man took my paperwork and looked at me like it was my fault, went and got my key, handed it to me, never said one work and went back to talking. I think he should have at least said sorry.

I spent most of my retirement savings at Moran Clinton Township in August 2024 in hopes of buying a reliable 2014 Jeep cherokee. It's been at the Jeep dealership for repairs since December 23, 2024 currently still there. Moran knowing sold me a lemon, shame on this establishment. I hope and pray no one else endures what I'm going through a total nightmare. The extended warranty will not cover repairs because I was wrongfully sold a lemon Jeep with so many defective codes and transmission problems. I hope this establishment is shut down. Do not buy a car or Jeep from Moran Clinton Township ever.
