My husband Dan and I cannot praise Sharpnack Ford enough!

My husband Dan and I cannot praise Sharpnack Ford enough! From start to finish we had the best customer service, no pressure, respect, and a friendly group of people through the entire process! Denise helped us come home in the perfect Escape with everything we were looking for in a vehicle. Sharpnack def has gained life long customers here! If in the market, definitely choose Sharpnack Ford Inc Willard.

Sharpnack Ford has been servicing our 2012 Econoline van

Sharpnack Ford has been servicing our 2012 Econoline van since 2013. They have helped us with regular maintenance, and emergency repairs. Cathy, Richard, Tim, Bob and Tom are always so friendly and bend over backwards to help us. I usually stay and wait on my van. They always try to make me feel right at home. Even though I don't usually get to meet the technician that works on our van, they always do great job. If there is ever a problem when I get the van back, the staff always gets right on it and gets it fixed without extra expense. Well done everyone at Sharpnack!

Sharpnack Ford has been servicing our 2012 Econoline van since 2013. They have helped us with regular maintenance, and emergency repairs. Sharpnack has been servicing all of our vehicles for

Sharpnack has been servicing all of our vehicles for years. In the past has always been a 5 star service Now they are a 1-star, have been trying to get some issues worked out on our F-350 king ranch. Has been going on for almost a year. Have had this vehicle in for service multiple times and they send it back "repaired" we pay for the service but same issues are not addressed correctly. When service advisor is contacted about the incomplete service we get no response, no call back no emails! Spent over $ 3,000.00 on last service, they got the oil changed but that was it. Was told it would be another $ 3,000.00 to fix sqeeking leaf springs because they were worn and needed replaced. Finally took it to different dealer and they fixed the leaf spring issue for FREE! Getting ready to purchase a new heavy duty truck, not going to be from Sharpnack.

Richard Fabrizi (Service Advisor) and the Service

Richard Fabrizi (Service Advisor) and the Service Technician (I don't have his name but I think it was Tech A62) are my heroes! I had a breakdown on my 2012 Econoline Van that made it undriveable. Because I get my service done at Sharpnack Ford, I get the DriveSure benefit which includes Premium Roadside Assistance. I was able to have my full-size van towed at no cost to me to Sharpnack Ford on Tuesday. By Wednesday morning (before 9 am) Richard called and told me my van was all done and ready for me to pick up! Thank you to everyone who played a part in getting me back on the road. God Bless You All!

Oil Change gone wrong

Took my 2021 F-150 and for an oil change and they couldn't even put the oil fill cap back on. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE PEOPLE! I would not recommend!

Very pleased with my new purchase of my Ford Edge 2021.

Very pleased with my new purchase of my Ford Edge 2021. Craig, Leonard and the whole team made sure I was completely taken care in every aspect and process. I highly recommend them for all your car/truck buying needs. I was in and out within an hour after I picked which vehicle I wanted. Tom Sharpnack is always very personable and makes you feel like family! I will definitely return!!
