Great Service Lack of Communication

There was at times a lack of communication. We dropped the truck (F250) off on July 7th, the tech looked at it and we went over on July 9th to look at the recommendations. The cost of repairs was $6,200.00. They told us we would be next in line that they were working on a truck that had a fire. We said OK. We stopped in on July 16th and was told that repairs would be started on July 17th, and the truck should be ready on July 21st. No one called to let us know that there was a delay because of problems on the other truck. We waited all of July 21st, no call. We called on July 22nd and 23rd. No one returned our call. So we came over on the 24th. They were going to start our truck later that afternoon. We were not really happy. We were told the truck would be ready on Friday July 31st when we went to pick it up they were still not done because of another part that was needed. The total cost of the repairs was $6,999.29. The truck is running beautifully now. We would like to have been contacted more often. It would have saved us time and gas to check it out all the time.

Great service

I have a 2013 Ford Explorer. The service was great and the staff was very helpful. My truck needed service for the air conditionin. Service checked it out got the parts and it was fixed within the next day!

Great service

Patrick was very helpful and very nice. Del was very accommodating he helped me get out of a car that I purchased from Sharpnack that I kept having issues with. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I have received.
