I purchased a 2014 Ford Edge. The dealership was very busy so we had to wait a long time but Jessica was very helpful. The best part was not being pressured to purchase something else. I recommend Sharpknack to anyone that tells me they are looking for a Vehicle. I was somewhat disappointed when I was told I was getting a special deal with a lifetime warranty and then saw the billboard stating that is available to anyone. I will still return to Sharpknack for my next purchase but will keep in mind a special deal for me is actually available to anyone.

I took my new truck in to get the works service and while the dealership was great and performed flawlessly the annoying repeated calls and constant badgering to fill out a survey and tell whomever that they were the best thing since sliced bread has got me rethinking about ever doing any more business with any dealership ever again. STOP CALLING ME AND SENDING ME REQUESTS FOR A PAT ON THE BACK. IF I DONT RECEIVE GOOD SERVICE I WILL TELL YOU. YOU DONT HAVE TO KEEP WAKING ME UP TO SEE IF IM HAPPY. Have a good day.
