    We called ahead after seeing two different vehicles we were interested in on the dealership website. The salesman, Mr. Shipley had both vehicles waiting... for our test drives. Great service and saved us time. A good experience and a great vehicle was purchased.

    Warning drove 3.5 hours for a vehicle that was horribly misrepresented. Went to buy a 2015 Acadia that they had 65 photos of and also requested a video... to showcase any damage before we drove out. Lets just say this vehicle was rode hard and put away wet...it had maybe 40 dings and scrapes with questionable attempt at cover up and an apparent accident that wasn't reported on Carfax or the dealership but was blatantly apparent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

    I've bought a few used vehicles from Vaughn within the past 10 years. I bought a used vehicle today after seeing said vehicle Saturday. I had a small list,... 3 things that I was unsatisfied with and requested they be fixed before I bought the vehicle. 2 items were fixed but I asked that a $10 climate control knob be replaced due to wear and it wasn't.. Wasn't given a reason but told the sales guy I wasn't happy about that. Also, Saturday when we visited, we had to hunt down a saleman... I also had to call to check on the status of my vehicle and shouldn't have had to, better customer service would have kept me satisfied.
