Vaughn Automotive is a business proud to have been in Ottumwa since 1934. We started selling Chevrolet cars and trucks adding the Cadillac franchise in 1941. We added the remaining General Motors franchises in 1987. We started a dealership with all the Chrysler franchises in 1985. With this many vehicle lines we are well established to meet your needs and expectations.We are an honest and sincere group of people who want to make your automotive experience a great one! The deal was brought to me very clear. I knew how much my trade in was worth and what it was going to cost me to trade. I ordered the vehicle and they kept me informed of when my new vehicle would arrive.

Never received response to questions regarding photo

Never received response to questions regarding photo discrepancies dealing with vehicle I was interested in. Photos seemed to be photo shopped and not true of vehicle condition for scratches, ding, etc.

I needed an oil change.

I needed an oil change. They got my car in to be serviced in under 10 minutes. The waiting lounge was great! Everything that was done was explained very well. I was in and out in under an hour!!
