They charged me for a tire rotation that was not done.
They charged me for a tire rotation that was not done. Had to go back and tell them tires were not rotated. I know this because i marked my valve stem. That's like theft. I will not be returning to this dealership because this is 2and time this happened. I will give benifit of dought first time. 2 times is unacceptable. Plus it took 2hours for oil change (that was just oil change nothing else) tires were to be rotated and didn't happen. What goes on back there while they are working on cars? My time is valuable too. Lane manger Patty said rotation was not done due to swollen lugnuts and Brandon was supposed to have told me that but didn't. Patty had car pulled around to get tires rotated. Took about 10 min and then asked was that fast enough for you. Really Patty that makes things better? Thanks service department for making myDecision easier as far as where to purchase my next car. I WAS a loyal customer probably been buying fro them since late 80's atleast 12tcars but i am done.Time for somewhere new

Just had a gentleman come out to my home to update my
Just had a gentleman come out to my home to update my computer program for my 2024 Ford maverick XLT AWD due to a recall from the manufacturer. He was on time to my home and the whole repair took about a half hour. He was very polite and helpful with my questions. As I noted he came out to my home and did the work . How convenient!!!!!

Unfortunately I was shocked by the bill for repairs.
Unfortunately I was shocked by the bill for repairs. The estimate was less than half the total bill. Just very dissatisfied with the communication from the service writer. The bill was reduced but I really wanted them to just understand why I was so disappointed. Repair was satisfactory.
