Jenn in the service department was absolutely outstanding - She was not only informative and responsive, but she was extremely kind which is not a common finding at dealerships in my experience. The text feature was fantastic because of my work schedule. I could even tell Jenn's kindness through text! I would absolutely drive farther in order to come to Mahwah Ford because of this excellent service!

Bought two new cars there. I love the service and how I’m treated. Working with service advisor Jennifer Bishop was a pleasure. I also love their complimentary Pick-up & Delivery (valet) service. It’s a wonderful feature usually reserved for very high end dealerships.
