Very friendly and knowledgeable sales team. Management always comes over to see how things are. They went out and found the car I wanted and had it delivered right away. Great experience.

Salespeople need training Air Bag light on 1 hr after

Salespeople need training Air Bag light on 1 hr after left dealership Couldn?t drive for 3 days Told to be at Service Center 7:30 am but didn?t open until 8 Transferred the plates from a car that I was not selling or trading in to the new car Haven?t got new plates yet, over 17 days

Doing business with Mahwah Ford is fantastic. You are treated like you are ?family?. You do not have to haggle with price because it is always great the first time Dave Saunders goes out of his way to make you comfortable and happy with the sale.

Finance manger sucked!

The sales consultant was great, very knowledgeable, friendly but the finance manger was not. Finance manger rushed us. I asked him what the monthly was but he would tell us until all the other paperwork was signed.

Worst customer service ever/car not fixed

Nasty customer service. Problem wasn’t fixed. When we returned, was told we wouldn’t get a loaner because of a previous poor (deserved) review . No effort to make things right.

Horrible service

Service dept was really good at one time they were very helpful now absolutely terrible they serviced my truck last year had a problem resulting in my truck needing a tow that they refused to pay for and in turn my truck was involved in an accident while being towed also took parts off the truck and were not replaced just brought it back and they didn’t do what was told and always rushing off the phone definitely will never go back again
