Junk fees.

Junk fees. $299 “theft protection” and a mysterious “convenience fee”. When I contacted the dealership, their rep couldn’t tell me what you get for theft protection fee and couldn’t tell me how much they charge for their convenience fee. Junk fees are ruining the already annoying car buying process.

Dropped off my escape for oil change and inquire about

Dropped off my escape for oil change and inquire about rear brake light that was out. The service tech James called me with quote of brake light was going to run $350. OK And they found two more things to repair. I asked can you repair the rear light. Not going to get rest done today. James serv. Tech. Said not today. I asked how about Friday? All booked up. He wanted to do job Thursday but I informed him. I have appointments must have car. I asked him what about October I have few days off. He said my books aren't open that far out. He was rude, seemed annoyed I could not get car fixed tomorrow. *if I'm paying for a service I expect you work with me on my availability* This service technician clearly didn't want to deal with servicing me. So sad I've never experienced this before. This man must be new, no customer service at all. Left unable to schedule a service.....

My husband had been thinking about a new Ranger to

My husband had been thinking about a new Ranger to replace his 2016 Ford F150 which was still in great condition. We stopped by Bob Thomas North last week to look at a new 2024 Ranger XLT. Jim Klein a salesman came out to greet us and show us the truck. We ended up purchasing the truck and trading in our F150 and Honda Accord. They gave us a great deal, we’re not pushy and followed through on everything. We would recommend Bob Thomas North and especially Jim Klein.

My husband had been thinking about a new Ranger to replace his 2016 Ford F150 which was still in great condition. We stopped by Bob Thomas North last week to look at a new 2024 Ranger XLT. Jim Klein a salesman came out to greet us and show us the truck. We ended up purchasing the truck and trading in our F150 and Honda Accord. I had a great experience at Bob Thomas Ford.

I had a great experience at Bob Thomas Ford. I found the staff to be curtious and helpful. At no point did I feel any pressure. They let my wife and I check out the vehicle we were interested in with nothing more than a "let me know if you have any questions" and "what did you think?" at the end. I found the entire experience pretty laid back and easy.

From my initial communication per e-mail through the final deal everything went well. Josh and Ryan were very helpful, no pressure to buy, answered all my questions and were very professional. Discussions about add on's and extended warranties were very well laid out with no pressure whatsoever. Highly recommend Bob Thomas Ford.

I was looking to trade my truck for a newer model.

I was looking to trade my truck for a newer model. I worked with Buddy And he helped me thru the whole process. With his help I got my new truck. He made the process simple and I knew I was in good hands. He explained the many features and upgrades that my new truck had, he even connected my phone while I was finishing the paperwork. Great working with him, I’m sure I’ll do it again.
