Ive been looking for a used truck for quite some time. I finally found one here at Bob Thomas. Buddy was our sales person and he was fantastic. I told him what price I needed to be at and he made it happen. The entire process was effortless. All the employees there were so kind. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I just bought a new Lincoln from Zach. This was an absolute great experience from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and we were treated as friends every time we walked in. Zach took the time to find out what we were looking for and helped us through the process of building the new car and ordering it. Once it was ordered he kept us informed on the status. And Nikki was great at the end when we completed all the closing documents. We will definitely buy another car from him when the time comes.

I had a great experience at BT-North while buying my new-o-me vehicle. Travis was an awesome salesman that wasnt pushy but willing. Matt got the job done and got me financed. Andy was awesome at doing my paperwork, triple checking and asking me if i had any questions. All the guys were personable, not pushy and felt like we knew them forever. We appreciate that we didnt feel like just a number at the dealer. My girls also enjoyed the vending machines and hospitality. I feel like i got a great deal on my new car and a respectful amount for my trade-in. This is the 3rd time I’ve worked with Jim and Nikki and they were great as always. Both always go out of their way to help find a vehicle I like and fits into what I want to pay. Even though they were extremely busy on Friday both took the time to make sure I was happy and found me the exact color Bronco Sport with the features I wanted.
