Service dept. and manager were exceptional on my visit. When scheduling on-line, I asked for a loaner. When I arrived, I was told that you need to call the day ahead to confirm a loner. This is not clear on your website when scheduling.

They were extremely professional and courteous. Cole was great and really helped me. They are even going to replace my windshield that somehow was damaged after I test drove the Jeep.
