Our sales consultant Maikel was very friendly and worked with us very well. He and the sales manager worked with as well to make us comfortable with our deal. The business person Mary was also knowledgeable and helpful in finishing the paperwork to get the deal finished. Service department was cordial, informative and timely. I made my appointment and they got back to me with the problem and gave me a quote that was on target with the final price. called me when it was done and the pick up of my car was seamless. I worked with Keith for this issue and he was great. In the past I worked with Omar and he was great as well. I live in Trumbull and have a dealership much closer to where I live but I go to Garavel because of the service.

They gave me a timeframe and it was ready when promised. Upon leaving, I noticed some damage on an inside door handle that was not previously there. When I brought it to their attention the promptly fixed it.

The whole experience was amazing. Price was great, time spent was great. I would highly recommend using this dealership and using Maikel as your salesman

Pleasure meeting TJ Telesco in the service dept. , wasn’t sure what to expect 1 st time taking the car in and TJ ensured me thing would be taken care of and it looked like the warranty would cover it , I received a call the next night explaining in detail what needed to be done and it was covered by the warranty , 2014 Jeep Bonus !! Great phone call ..much to my surprise TJ called with in24 hours telling me its all done., super excited to be driving my Jeep Grand Cherokee again

I desided on my car and was very happy with the support I received when I went to pick up the car and Joe was there to assist due to Annie being pulled away. Great team and support.
