I couldn’t have made it easier for this dealer. I called them, they had the vehicle I needed. Never met them, agreed to the price which was higher than they initially quoted, came to pick up and the vehicle was disgusting, not cleaned inside or out. Then they finally cleaned and delivered vehicle, only to show up without a second key, and now tell me I won’t even have it until 4 months after my purchase. Just not acceptable. Too many other dealers out there to bother with this service.
