Called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire
Called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, appointment was set and confirmed. Called back about a hour later to tell me they can’t do an oil change a new dodge vehicle no reason why. “Call the service manager”

My 2012 Dodge Journey hit a deer and was totaled.
My 2012 Dodge Journey hit a deer and was totaled. I took the lesser amount from the insurance company and I told him I wanted it repaired when I went to pick up my vehicle. It looked brand new like it just came off the showroom, they did a very exceptional job, which is unheard of nowadays.
