Excellent service visit for oil change, tire rotation and

Excellent service visit for oil change, tire rotation and fluids check. I called for an appointment and they got me in the same day. The service writer estimated 1 hour and 15 minutes, but they were done in 50 minutes. Thank you, excellent job.

We are from WA state, and I was recently diagnosed with

We are from WA state, and I was recently diagnosed with cancer and my oncologist is located in Spokane which is three hours away from where we live. I also work in mountainous terrain so a 4x4 is a necessity. Our current vehicles are old and have high mileage (> 200,000 miles) - so we decided we really needed a new vehicle. We also wanted to get the best deal possible since health insurance does not cover every expense when dealing with cancer. We decided on a Ram 1500 Classic (since they are the cheapest version of the Ram, and Stellantis was having sales since that model was being discontinued). We had a couple of dealerships in WA state search - to no avail. My brother-in-law suggested Dick Huvaere's Ram dealership. I inquired about what we were looking for at their website (late at night WA time - so really late MI time) and Ryan found two that night!! The only problem was that they were in Illinois - so he arranged to get one transferred (for free!!) to Richmond! It was pretty much exactly what we were looking for. We have never bought a vehicle long distance before but the staff at Dick Huvaere's made the whole process a breeze, even with the difficulties of the time zone difference. If they have an "Employee of the Month" award - our vote goes to Holly for getting our paperwork completed at >8:00 p.m. (MI time) while she was sick - she went above and beyond - she's a saint! Ryan was also outstanding - if we contacted him with a question (late at night for him - MI time) - not expecting an immediate reply - he answered our questions right then and there - pretty much 24/7. Thankfully he seems to have a pretty understanding family. I also got to know Auggie (Sales Manager) a little bit, and I enjoyed my conversations with him. He seemed like a stand-up guy who is true to his word (as am I). While I didn't tell the staff about my cancer at the time of purchase (I don't typically share personal issues with strangers), I am confident we bought our vehicle for the best possible deal at the time. Thank you to Dick Huvaere's!!!

I’m a repeat customer.

I’m a repeat customer. They always have vehicles in stock and will find you what you’re looking for if they don’t have it. My salesperson Chris is great! Very knowledgeable and makes the entire process easy. From sales to service everyone makes it a priority to make sure the customer is happy.

Always friendly.
