I had bought my last car here and dealt with someone different but Eric had helped. It was a good experience but this time Eric Crespo helped me and gave me the best customer experience! He made me feel sure about finding the best deal for me and went over everything I needed to know. I will keep coming back to Miller Nissan for all my needs and will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

Eric Crespo answered the phone when I called about a promotion that I got in the mail from a different Nissan dealership. He encouraged me to come in and talk to him, which I did. He was immediately kind, and polite, and treated me like a valued customer, even though I was a leasing customer, not a buyer. He gave me a great deal, he came through on all of his promises, and made good on everything. I will definitely come back to Miller Nissan, and my hope is that Eric will still be there.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Nissan from Eric Crespo. Eric was excellent at following up on any questions I had. He was truly interested in making sure that I had the right vehicle and he worked hard for me as a customer advocate. Since this was a certified pre-owned, I also had service review the car. Jeff Wirth, the service manager, went through the entire car and replaced any item that I questioned or needed to be addressed. Jeff also wanted to be sure I received the car in top condition. The day after delivery, Eric continued to follow up to be sure I was happy and see if there were any additional concerns that came up. This was a very positive experience and I would recommend both Eric and Jeff.

I first spoke with Matt on a Friday morning - Matt located the car I wanted and had it transported to the local dealership all by Monday morning. He even tuned the station to the one I'd mentioned that I liked. I thought that was a really neat idea and I appreciated that he took note of my preferences.
