Excellent buying process for me. Salesman explained all important and most used features to my wife (the driver) He also helped with submitting a rebate to CT. Purchasing process was so straight forward that buying a pair of pants seems more difficult

Mark the service rep was very helpful and gave me a discount for labor due to the high cost of what I had to have repaired

I was told they could not find the problem of my drained battery so I would have to come back

Brought my brand new vehicle to this dealership (purchased from another chevrolet dealer) to have warranty work done on steps that had chrome flaking off because they are much closer to home. Was told they would not honor the warranty becuase they didn't know how old the steps were. The truck and steps were 2.5 months old at this time and it was expressed to them multiple times. This was the laziest excuse not to honor a manufacturers warranty, and they will never receive my business. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a great experience.. the best ever in purchasing a new vehicle. It was pressure-free, worry-free and hassle-free. Everyone was super friendly and they put me at complete ease. They answered all my questions/concerns. I highly recommend them. If I could give them more that 5 stars I would.

I've gone through many Buicks over the years purchased from many dealers, but I've never had a service center that is so courteous and honest before. I brought in my Regal Turbo for a brake issue and the service advisor Amanda helped me fix the issue. Afterwards, she went on a road test with me to ensure my complete satisfaction. She even showed me how my backup camera works. I will always bring my Regal here from now on and tell everyone I know to do the same.

I brought my truck in for service and was greeted with a smile. I felt right at home. The staff treated me better than I have ever been treated before. My truck was fixed right and I paid less than the gas station that services me normally. I've been missing out on the Dealer experience.
