Got my pre approval from my bank knew what truck I wanted

Got my pre approval from my bank knew what truck I wanted before I went in we was still there 3 hours had to argue with them about info they said they need all this personal info to get the truck called the bank they said they didn’t need it just the sales contract the lot still insisted they need the info we did some paper work thinking we was done got a call a couple days later saying they needed all this personal info again to complete the loan I ended up taking the sales contract to my bank my self on Monday the loan was done and I was out of there with in an hour they didn’t ask for any personal info this car lot was just trying to pull a fast one on us and they lost a good customer because of it I would of been an easy buck for them since I did all the work for them to bad for them be careful with these guys they are very shady and they definitely lie

Worst service ever!

Worst service ever! Made an appointment for my 2010 corvette on Monday, dropped it off Saturday the 5th, come Thursday the 10th they hadn't touched it! Thing is...they knew xxx i was bringing it in for! From the receptionist to the repair reps...they are all rude as xxxx. Kept saying "well it is a 2010..." xxx does that mean? Acting like parts for it are rarer than rare! lol Patrick basically dared me to come pick up my car if i wasnt happy. OK, don't threaten me with your loss of business. Picked it up Thursday 4pm. Never, ever again! JERKS!
