I tend to research and look online for the exact vehicle I want for a long time. My salesman, Andy, may be the best I have ever had the pleasure of working... with. Too many others act desperate to shove you into whatever they have on the lot. Andy is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and not pushy. The buying process was smooth and easy. I don?t normally do maintenance service at a big dealership, but I will at John Watson. Andy and John Watson have definitely earned my business, my respect and loyalty.
I'm sending everyone that asks to John Watson. I've never had a better experience buying a car than I did this time. Peter Call is a breath of fresh air... to the salesman force. Kind considerate and a wealth of information. I don't know about the goats milk though?

Best Car Buying experience I've ever had. Andy was super helpful and went the extra mile to serve us. He helped us find the right vehicle within our... budget. Andy took the time to show us everything about the Suburban. He made the trade in simple, honest and straightforward. There were no gimmicks or tricks as I've seen with other dealerships throughout the process. Chris was great to help with all of the paperwork. The service and detail departments took great care of our vehicle. We will definitely be going back when we are ready to upgrade our truck. Thanks Andy and the crew!
Severely disappointed in the mechanic & scheduler. 3.5 hour after appointment, car was finally worked on. Told I needed new window and seal, $800. ... Son googled issue, fixed problem by holding vent button down till it reset. Why did I pay diagnostic fee? Mechanic should have known this.
