The staff was friendly. I made appointment and since I’m 53 miles from home I waited. About 2 hrs later I was informed one of the parts they ordered was the wrong one. When I made appointment, I gave them the vin and the truck was in parking lot. This was an external part. If it was multiple choice, why didn’t someone verify or just order both and send one back? I waited for my ride home, promised truck would be done Monday AM. They called Monday said they found two lines that needed replaced, it’s not their fault they needed replaced, but again, to my knowledge, these are external parts and I don’t understand why they weren’t discovered on Friday. They said another two days. I called them on Wednesday, they said they were real busy but they would call me back. (?) They did and said it would be done tomorrow. I received call 11:00 Thursday it was done. It just seems like I wasn’t at a Ford dealership.

Great Service-Greater People
Murray Motors always does a great job with repairs and servicing my cars. But their people make the whole experience better. They are honest about what may be needed...or not. They are friendly and treat everyone well. Excellent place...excellent people!

New Tires at Murray Motors
I purchased a set of 4 new tires, had them installed and the wheels aligned. All this work was done excellently. The service writers always keep the customer up-to-date about what is happening with their cars. Excellent experience.

Rear axle fluid leak
Service Dept., was great. Response from Ford was inadequate and did not make sense. Will follow instructions from Murray service rep., and follow up in several months. Disappointed in way Ford handled this rear axle leakage issue

2017 Shelby f150
We had our Shelby f150 in for service, they installed a set of cats and they never tightened up the clamps properly, nor did they re-charge the a/c properly... We drove over 100 miles for this shiny service only because this is who we purchased the Shelby from... we also had spark plugs installed and after inspection , they never gapped the plugs correctly, and this caused damage to the new cats and had to be replaced again, our truck was shipped back to Shelby to get the work done correctly.. We did have to go back to have the a/c evac-re charge a second time and when they attempted to fix the clamp at the cat- exhaust... They damaged the cat and another exhaust leak.. I could go on, but I won't... There service department and service mgr... Is a joke and I wouldn't refer anyone to this dealership for anything... Service mgr was rude and very unprofessional... This truck is over 100k... And it's obvious they can't service correctly what they sell... And .... When changing wheels... Hahaha they didn't use a torque wrench when putting wheels on. Over tighten can and will cause over excessive wear on rotors and future problems... I wouldn't let them work on a bicycle...
