DO NOT BUY USED CARS HERE
Purchased my FIRST vehicle from here April 1st (yes it was used). I absolutely love it!! Jeremy was a great salesman. However, April 6th my check engine light popped on. Yes only after 4 1/2 days of driving my new car. Jeremy helped inform me on the vehicles condition I believe to the best of his knowledge. It was sold to me “AS IS”meaning very little warranty. However, when I called them to see if they could simply see why the check engine light went on 4 days after me buying it they said I would be paying over $100 just for them to look at it. Instead I took it to belle tire to have them check it out for the same price. The great guy from belle tire said the fuel neck was bad ($600 fix) as well as the water pump ($400 fix). Im forced to pay nearly $1500 in repairs/labor I was unaware of. The guy from belle tire knowing I just purchased the vehicle said there was absolutely NO WAY the dealer did not know of these issues. SO TODAY (april 13th) After them telling me they cannot see why my check engine light was on for free 4 days after buying the vehicle I decided to pay the $100 fee at belle tire for them to tell me what’s wrong with it. As stated in my previous review the fuel neck, and water pump was bad ($1500 fix). In exchange for my honest review here they decided to call me and tell me to bring my car in at 7am today for a free diagnostic AFTER the fact they denied the first time and I already paid the $100 at belle tire. My sales rep said they would most likely be able to replaced the most expensive part (fuel neck) FOR FREE. Which was the whole reason I’d even waste my time to drive out here. Anyways I drive the 40 miles from my house to the dealer at 6am for them to tell the exact same thing and that they WILL NOT BE REPLACING IT FOR FREE. Therefore biggest waste of time on my day off let alone the $30 I had to pay for an Uber after they said I wouldn’t get my car back till tomorrow (even though I got it back 10 min after I left in my UBER). Oh and this isn’t even the WORST part. They said my power steering was leaking pretty bad and that it is worse than the other two problems and that it’s practically UNSAFE, but told me they would not look at it for free and that’d I’d be charged $140 for them to tell me what’s wrong with it. But shouldn’t they already know what’s wrong it if I bought it a week ago FROM THEM, must’ve been too lazy to fix it. GREAT IDEA SENDING A 21 YEAR OLD GIRL HOME DRIVING 40 MILES KNOWING MY POWER STEERING COULD GO OUT. Oh and I also found 2 holes in my frame HAHA just something else that’s unsafe and will eventually get worse. Apparently I could get $100 if I refer someone here but I don’t even care PLEASE NEVER BUY A USED CAR HERE THEY ARE UNSAFE!!! you do not want to end up like me a 21 year old broke college student now having to pay $2500 in repairs after purchasing their first vehicle.

Terrible
My third and final lease through them. They screwed me over. There was an issue with my family code and when I left a voicemail asking what exactly I needed to do I was ignored until it was too late

Bad business practices
I was set to buy a vehicle today. I was told the vehicle would be waiting for me this morning. I sat for 30 minutes waiting only to be told the vehicle was “just sold” They would not take a deposit to hold it. VERY DISAPPOINTED not a good way to do business.

Stay away from this dealership
Never do business with this dealership. Screwed me twice. Once with terrible repair service & once sold me a used car that had been severely damaged in an accident & gave me a different car fax to hide the fact. The rear window was not even glued in. Crooks!!!!

Incompetent from the top down. Sales person - lied, new car manager - lied, finance manager - lied, office manager - lied general manager - lied. Held up paperwork for over a week so that I could not drive my new car I paid cash for in full.

these guys are terrible, they absolutely scam you out of every penny they can get. these place is the epitome of what scammer used car dealer are. one thing for sure they are the best at that. i'm on disability and money is hard to come by. since i have had this lemon, my car has been to the shop over 5 times. do not go here. go somewhere else that appreciates your business

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. Two months later,...
Took my vehicle in for an oil change. Two months later, got an alert stating the washer fluid was low. I called the dealer and requested that a free oil change be done because if they did not bother to check this, what else was missed? I was asked if I attempted to fill it up on my own to check if there was a leak. I had not filled it on my own as I would have lost the proof there was no fluid. I was then told I could come up and have it topped off and I would be given a free gallon of washer fluid for my trouble. I stated again that I wanted a free oil change as I was not confident that the multi-point inspection was completed properly. I was told the filter would be checked and if it was new an oil change would not be performed. I promptly hung up the phone. I spoke with Tom in service who clearly did not care about my $40,000 investment in Chevrolet nor did he care for my safety concern that other things could have been missed. I have since filled up my washer fluid and there is no leak. While the offer of a free gallon of washer fluid is kind, it does not make up for the fact I am losing my time and vehicle all because someone did not do their job.
