My husband and I scoured the internet to find a certain pre-owned vehicle anywhere in the US. There were only 2 and one was at Gorges Volvo in Omaha -- over 1,000 miles away. We contacted Gorges by email and received an almost immediate response, followed up by a phone call with Heidi who volunteered to take videos of the vehicle both inside and out with comments on any visible flaws since we couldn't see it in person. After receiving the videos and speaking with Heidi, we made arrangements to purchase the vehicle and travel to Omaha. Everything was so simple, including being picked up at the airport, doing our test drive and driving away with the vehicle in a VERY short amount of time. We spotted a used MINI on CarGurus.com. The vehicle was at Gorges Volvo. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Heidi Fountain who guided us through the process of looking at and test driving the vehicle. Gorges has purchased the car at auction but had fully inspected it and were in the process of doing the work necessary to put the car in great condition for sale. We decided that day to purchase and Heidi was great to work with. When we picked up the car a few days later Heidi and Marcus Gorges were again great to work with as we completed paperwork, paid for the vehicle, and drove it home.
