Superb service

Immediate attention and they address all issues whether emergency or regular service. The service reps, Mike, Grace, and Brian are super. I definitely recommend Royal Buick.

Waited 5 Months for the vehicle to come in. It final came in but my trade had lost some value.

Great experience

Buying a car has always been a stressful experience for me, no matter what kind of deal I got I always felt "dirty." At Royal I had a great experience, everybody was honest and helpful, the whole experience was pleasurable.

A Fantastic Dealership

Royal Buick GMC in Sussex, New Jersey is a fantastic car dealership. From the word GO they treat you extremely well. There is no hard sell, they listen and put you in the vehicle that you're looking for. Each department is courteous and professional from Ben in the sales department right to Grace, Mike and Brian in service and Eric in parts.

Excellent experience

My salesperson Tyler Milazzo was excellent, very knowledgeable and always available with any question I had. The whole experience was top notch. The day I picked up my new truck I was in and out in 45 minutes or less, not hours like other dealerships. This was such an easy seamless process, I would recommend the dealership to anybody that is looking for a recommendation. 5 STARS

A Fantastic Dealership

My recent purchase of a 2022 Canyon Elevation has been getting personalized and the latest was the spray-in bed liner. I spoke with Grace in service initially, explained that I would need a loaner vehicle and we set a date. The date arrived, I dropped off my vehicle and Brian helped me with the loaner paperwork.
