Although we couldn't come to terms on a trade for another used vehicle, I appreciated working with Jake. He's a likeable guy and was very easy... to talk with. But being he's just a cog in the rich man's world, there's no sense gushing about the process. I'm going to keep my truck and my cash. Maybe i'll see you in 7 to 10 years when I'm looking for another.

The internet sales representative never answered my question as to the cost= fee? I could expect to add to the price of the vehicle in order for me to... make a decision as to purchase the vehicle? After A few days she emailed me to say the vehicle had been sold? It is still listed on the car gurus website? Is it still available?
Hello, On February 27th I visited Royal Buick GMC website looking for new/used vehicle. To my surprise I found the car I have been looking for since... last spring. It was a 2016 Buick Enclave Premier AWD!! This vehicle was priced at a very reasonable start. I used the message system provided and received a call back directly after they opened. The car was available and I made the appointment to test drive it the next day. I mentioned to the staff that I was on a strict budget and needed to be at a specific price. Scary thought, I was ready for a run around. Well that did not happen, they worked with me and I was very happy with the end result. The next day I purchased the vehicle!! I want tell you I never felt pressured, they said there main purpose was to get me where I needed to be and in the car I wanted. They did just that, no pressure and no stress. Thank you for getting me in my dream car!! Thank you for not adding extra stress to the car buying experience. Thank you for the tutorial on the fun extras. Oh, I almost forgot thank you Kevin, Allison, Chris & Harry for taking such good care of me. I nominate you all for employee of the month. By the way, the final name for him is Black Jack!! Chris was great! I went for a test drive and then reviewed all my options with Chris. He was very helpful and transparent. No pressure at all throughout... the process. Royal is a nice small dealership with great Customer Service. I highly recommend Royal to anyone who's looking for a new car.
