Bought a used 2016 Ram 1500 on 5/31/2025 as of 6/6/2025

Bought a used 2016 Ram 1500 on 5/31/2025 as of 6/6/2025 the Massachusetts registration transfer still isn’t completed. Which means tomorrow I will no longer be able to legally drive the truck until they figure out how to do their job. Without the registration I cannot get a second keyfob (truck only came with one) made because Dodge requires bill of sale AND registration to get the programing pin on top of the vehicle being purchased in both mine and my husband’s name which means we both physically have to be there with photo ID to get the pin and he gets deployed on Monday so I’ll have to wait until he gets back which means I won’t be driving the truck until he’s home because the risk of losing the key and having to pay thousands to reprogram the truck to a set of keys isn’t worth it to me. We were told that it would be registered on Monday and the registration paperwork overnighted to us for Tuesday. After they messed up the paperwork and didn’t get it done Monday they promised we would have it registered by Friday but it’s Friday and still no registration. Our salesman is no longer responding and the sales manager will not return my phone calls. Never mind the lies they told us about how they wouldn’t fix the broken parking brake or chipped windshield when we looked at the truck and told them on 5/27/2025 that the truck would not pass mass inspection. Their response was“they didn’t have to abide by Massachusetts inspection laws. But lo and behold even in the state of CT they still have to pass a checklist including safety which those 2 issues fall under so they had to fix it, which they did. Why lie about it? They also claimed that they were going to have the truck detailed again prior to us leaving with it. Which they didn’t. The interior was still full of grime from the previous owner along with the previous owners personal information left in the vehicle when we test drove it. If I could rate this dealership zero stars I would.

Wow!

Wow! Friendly salesperson, fast and helpful responses, patient with our long-distance purchase and paperwork, sent lots of detailed pictures of the car. It’s scary to buy a car from halfway across the country but we felt comfortable and confident the entire way thanks to the people at Bruce Bennett Nissan! We can’t wait to see our new-to-us car in person and enjoy driving it for years to come.

I have leased many cars from Bruce Bennett over the

I have leased many cars from Bruce Bennett over the years, both myself and my children. On this particular visit once again I found the staff extremely helpful patient kind and locked into my needs. Marlon was my sales person and did everything he could to put me in the right vehicle to match my needs and budget. Alice went over and above to put together a good financial package for me , explaining everything carefully and Tina at front reception did everything she could to get me out of there in a timely fashion with new license plates and everything in order with Dmv. Everyone was extremely friendly, leaving me feeling very at ease during what could’ve been a stressful situation for me Never once did I feel they were rushing for my business or pressuring me into something that was not suitable for me. I have always gone there for service for my vehicles over the years and it’s their efficiency, great communication and overall pleasant environment that keeps bringing me back.

Just had my car serviced and bill was $88 .

Just had my car serviced and bill was $88 . So they gave me my car back after a service and didn’t even clear my car. I’m very disappointed because I have been leasing cars for 35 yrs and always brought it to the dealer and ever dealership I have been away gave you a clean car back after.👎 Why should I bring my car to the dealer if they don’t take care of my car.

Today I responded to an online listing for a used car by

Today I responded to an online listing for a used car by first using the chat feature that popped up. After introductions I provided the stock # for the listing and inquired if the car was still available. Amy, the “chatter”, disappeared, to never be heard from again. Immediately afterwards I called the dealership and spoke with a salesperson, providing the make & model & again the stock # for the car. I was told that the car’s whereabouts was unknown but that the salesperson would speak to her manager and call me back in a matter of minutes. Here we are as I write this message some 9 hours later and no phone call has been received, no explanation provided. If my experience is not an anomaly and is typical of the quality of “customer service” this dealership extends to the buying public, I would stay clear, avoid the hassles and instead shop elsewhere. It really is not worth the aggravation.

Absolutely refused to let us get a 3rd party inspection

Absolutely refused to let us get a 3rd party inspection on a used car before purchase. The place we wanted to take it was literally just down the road. We would pay for the inspection of course. They made up xx about being worried the inspectors would steal car parts. Absurd... If true, there are legal remedies for that. It isn't me, the customer's, responsibility (and our prefered inspection location were friendly and reputable). Asked to do the third party inspection several times. They gave us soft "no"s at first but brought out different managers to tell us no in different ways. Spotty service history on the car in carfax so no inspection was out of the question. Finally we gave them the ultimatum, we do the inspection or we walk. Needless to say, wwalked out and were treated very rudely. "We don't need your business" sort of rude. We have a right by law to have a third party inspection done before the purchase of a used car so we will be reporting them. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

We want to thank everyone at Bruce Bennett Nissan for

We want to thank everyone at Bruce Bennett Nissan for helping our daughter purchase her first car. The process took a little while (because of us, not the dealer) but Skender and Aras helped every step of way to make sure she ended up with a great vehicle at a great price. They helped us navigate some complicated logistics with patience and good humor. I would 100% recommend Bruce Bennett Nissan to anyone.

I was looking for a Frontier S 2 wheel drive, king ca,

I was looking for a Frontier S 2 wheel drive, king ca, with splash guards, carpets and the technology package with the exterior color of Gunmetal Metallic.package. They show the vehicle on their web site with a price crossed out. I was lied to by the appointment coordinator that they had this vehicle. I asked for a copy of the window sticker and the dealership had to get approval from a manager, etc. before they would send it to me. I never got it They also said the window sticker would be there after I mad the appointment. It was not. I had an appointment and when I got there no one knew anything about the appointment. The person I was supposed to talk (?sales manager) sent me to a sales person who told me they never had this vehicle. I was also told by Marlon (sales person) or the sales manager they did not have a 2 WD on their lot in at least 6 months. They had no king cabs - only crew cabs. The had the MSRP price the vehicle I wanted crossed out and wanted the contact info so they could bait and switch me. Suddenly;, the dealer found the vehicle I wanted and came in with a piece of paper with a price and no details plus dealer extras with a $999 documentation fee. I was not allowed to take the paper with me but I could copy the information. I live in NY and by law the maximum documentation fee maximum is $175. A dealer in NY who did not have the truck I wanted said the real cost to the dealer of the documentation was well under $100. They charged the maximum to line their pockets. Another dealer in MA charges $498 for the same documentation which is a federal regulation. So why is the fee vary so much. Answer - pad the dealer profit. The dealer uses bait and switch and is unethical. I also found Middletown Nissan, Middletown, CT had the same 'ghost' truck' with the same VIN number on their website with a crossed out price. I tried for over 2 weeks to get a copy of the window sticker but all I got was a run around.

By far, it's the worst service and most dishonest sales

By far, it's the worst service and most dishonest sales team, it's hard to accomplish such a bad combo kudos to your managers, and I'm sorry for the owner. Stay faaar faaar away from this dealership... We can't wait for this lease to end so we can move to a different brand and a dealer.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FRO. THIS DEALERSHIP! Find another Nissan dealetship. They titled my new car incorrectly and after 8 months of contacting g rhem constantly they still have not corrected their mistake. They don't return phone calls or do what they promise. Save yourself a lot of frustration--buy elsewhere.
