Extremely unprofessional service department.

Extremely unprofessional service department. Horrible communication and was not able to tell me how much my repair was going to cost until 3 days of sitting at the dealership. Also was not told how long it would take them to repair my vehicle for transmission cooler lines. Everytime I called it was always a game of tag to try and reach my advisor. Worked as a technician (not a lube tech) at another dealership in the area so I have a pretty good understanding of how things should operate. While looking into a tsb I also replaced a part to try and remedy another issue I was having with the IWS system. Not having enough time to work on it myself and the assumption it was covered under warranty, I had Leo Kaytes look at it at the same time. Come to find out, was not covered under my lifetime powertrain warranty, and they tried to say the check valve I replaced was aftermarket....I bought it from THEIR parts department as a genuine motorcraft part specifically listed in the technical service bulletin. Happy to learn my warranty is 3rd party and I can now go to any licensed shop. Today they had the audacity to call me out of the blue (months later) and ask me if I needed to schedule any service for any of my vehicles". Avoid this clown show.

I normally give leo kaytes ford a good review when they

I normally give leo kaytes ford a good review when they text or email me after service, but this time the treatment that my daughter recieved when she took her fusion in was unacceptable. She had an appointment to get the rear rotors and pads replaced aswell as an inspection. The quote that she recieved was to replace pads and rotors. When I read her invoice it states "replaced pads and resurfaced rotors" for $264.95. She thinks she paid for a full replacement. That's 1. 2 She was advised that her side marker bulb needs to be replaced or she will "fail inspection" so my daughter figured ok, change it. They hit her with $27.93 to replace a side marker bulb. Again, She did it so she could pass inspection. But here's the kicker..all of a sudden the inspection machine is down!! so she over paid to get a $3.93 bulb put in,to pass inspection. But can't get her car inspected anyway. 3.. They had her sitting there for 3hrs!! even though she had an appointment and was the first one in. Also, discrepancy on the bill $51.35 Tax for a $293 bill? doesn't add up with orange county tax of 8.25%. Iam just writing this review as a frustrated father of a young adult daughter who doesn't know any better when it comes to cars. Young adults and females do get taken advantage of and as fathers and husband's it frustrates us knowing we can't be there all the time to prevent our families from getting taken advantage of. So long story short.. we will no longer be taking our vehicles in to leo kaytes ford for service.

Stopped in the service department to make an appointment

Stopped in the service department to make an appointment to get my oil changed and my crank case oil changed for my four-wheel drive. Told I had a 2:00 appointment. Got a Friend to come pick me up at the dealership but when I got inside I had no appointment. The only thing they could do was my oil change. I guess changing the oil in the crankcase is difficult work and I needed to make another appointment for that. This is the fourth time I've tried to use Leo's service and each time I have been disappointed. Took my car to Chester where they did the work in an hour and 15 minutes and gave me a free car wash. I will not return to this dealership service department . They still have no idea what they're doing with customer service even after 40 years

I needed a new delivery van for my business.

I needed a new delivery van for my business. I went there test drove one noticed that it had three different tires on the vehicle. One of them was not even rated for a van of that size and weight agreed on their full asking price and they wanted me to pay for the two new back tires $37,000 for a used van with the wrong tires and they won’t replace two tires. They’d rather lose the whole deal we’re talking $37,000 vehicle and may be a $220 tire and it’s probably even less for their cost, they aren’t very good to deal with .

Stay away from this dealer!! No values here.

Stay away from this dealer. Purchased a used car they couldn't fix. Traded me out of that car to put me into another vehicle. They put me upside down in payments for a vehicle that is not worth the money. This one was a Ford, so I figured how bad could it be it's their own brand. How wrong I was, I brought the vehicle back in for repeated repair attempts with no results. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that doesn't function properly and I am paying too much for.

Unauthorized use of my credit card After picking up my

Unauthorized use of my credit card After picking up my car, I had an issue with the bill that I thought was taken care of by Joe the service manager yet another manager Rick called me dispute. The balance after lady had already corrected it and Joe it already corrected it or which I gave my credit card info to pay that bill then today without further conversation Leo Kates charge my card without my permission or authorization which I notified Ford Cares (which they don't care) amongst other issues mechanically, I'm still having problems with the service conducted and performed so my car isn't right even after the replacement. I also attempted to Leo, Kates, and I spoke with a lady named Kate However, no message delivered
