I was unhappy to be told 3 different prices. I was told 1000. Dollars, then told 1500 then I was called and told it would cost 2600. So I pick my truck up and took it to another dealer and I was told that the dash does not have to come out. So I’m happy with little jobs but when it come to difficult jobs no one knows what they are doing.

Completely incompetent and will find any way they can to not honor their lifetime warranty. They refused to fix my cars thermostat after they forgot to fill my car up with coolant. if you are going here it’s because they tricked you into buying their lifetime warranty

Fixed the check engine light in a very short time. With the troubles of part shortages and delays, it was only down a week. Appreciate the quick work.

I was very apprehensive about going to a dealership for fear of pressure. In my vehicle shopping I spoke with several dealerships looking for something that was large enough. There were some real pushy xxxxx in the weeding out process. Very quickly I decided it would be the dealership not the vehicle or location that dictated where I purchased from. After all it is my money and I didn’t HAVE to get something from anyone or right then. The individuals that I had the pleasure of dealing with put me at ease. I am so grateful for the experience that I had and continue to receive. Only at one time did I feel pressure and after sitting on this for a while I do believe that he was not pushy just really ummm... on the go??? He knows his job well. I believe this was his reason for being a “smooth talker”. I honestly believe if I wouldn’t have been so rushed for time myself and asked him to slow down and explain, he would have, no questions asked! Thank you for the great experience! I will be back for future business. They scheduled me for an oil change when I purchased. Unfortunately I needed to get in sooner. I was afraid it would take forever to get in; to my surprise the young woman I spoke with said she couldn’t let it go any longer and managed to get me in the very next day! I am so pleased with the service I have received.
