If I could give no stars to this place I would. I bought a brand new Chevy truck last month and was in need of a warranty repair. Stopped here because it's closer to my home than the dealership I bought it at. Joe in the service department didn't even have the decency to turn around and face me when he asked what can I help you with. The attitude on this guy was unbelievable. When I told him I had a problem with my truck he said, "Looks like you bought it across the river, I can't help you." ( Must have seen the dealer plate frame) I asked if he was serious. He said "His customers are already waiting two weeks out." They don't have time. Way to miss a chance to strengthen the Chevy brand Bonner. I'll make sure when it's time to trade up in a few years to completely disregard you as you did me. Ended up going "across the river" where I purchased the truck. I was treated like gold there.

I am extremely satisfied with Bonner Chevrolet and have been a faithful customer for almost 40 years. The entire staff is always friendly and courteous. I mostly deal with the service department, who are always efficient and professional. The service department, CJ, Joey, Bob, and Jeremy always take time to explain everything about my car to me. Dan, my sales person, always checks with me to assure I am satisfied with my car. I am satisfied when I leave, after service, knowing my car is SAFE to drive.

Terrible
I have the extended Chevrolet warranty on my car , I called to see if they could look at my car as my check engine light came on . I was told that they will not look at my car because it was not purchased through them . I will never buy a car from this location or recommend them to anyone . This is not good customer experience. Whe speaking to Chevy themselves they said you can take your car to any Chevy dealership, guess not .
