GM issued recall
GM issued a recall for the accelerator positioning sensor because of the reduced engine mode & stabilitrack issues (look it up on edmonds.com if your not familiar) the 1st time I brought my impala in i made service aware that my vehicle was a salvage title, no problems as long as I had my GM issued recall letter with my Vin number. The sensor was replaced & I was on my way. 9 months later reduced engine mode again, they told me to bring it back it was under warranty. 2nd time no problem. Only 6 weeks later, reduced engine mode again, called for an appointment was told to bring her in. I dropped my car the night before spoke to Bob (nice guy) when I dropped the keys, said it's seems like more is going on since it's the 3rd time for the same issue & would have service check out the wiring. Okay, thanks Bob! First thing in the morning Joe calls, who claims to be the owner & extremely rude tells me my battery is dead & he's not touching "my junk car" without charging me. He refused to honor the warranty of the 2nd part & threatened to tow my "piece of scrap car" off his property if I didn't come get it immediately. I came down for my car & low and behold...I had lights and the car started. Now, I'm no mechanic but I'm pretty sure my car wouldn't start if the battery were dead. I will NEVER bring any car for service here again because of Joe. I will NEVER purchase a car from Bonner because of Joe. I'm done with GM completely after this whole recall. What a shame because for as long as I been driving, it's always been a Chevy & it's always been serviced at Bonner. Joe just lost a loyal customer because of his horrible attitude.

2014 chevrolet Cruze LT,
I had my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LT in for service today, I had a defective drivers vanity mirror and was getting some pulsation in my brake pedel , Bonners replaced the vanity mirror with a brand new one and resurfaced my brake rotors under my warranty, no charge to me, I just wanted to tell them there the best, and I recommend them to anyone and I love my Chevrolet cruze, I have 20,000 miles on the car now and I still love it, my next car will be purchases from Bonner Chevrolet for sure!!!!!!!! on 7/27 i discussed with with mr harfman on a new truck,he e mailed info includeing price and specs, we went back and forth on trk in stock,e mails will be sent to dealer on request,on sat i stopped at dealership and was informed mr harfman had retired, by aaron c. he gave me his card and i e mailed him on trk mr harfman was woring on,the trk was in stock,i informed later i was going to pass on trk.he emailed me if i was still interested in trk,i told him it all depends on the trade of my 2013 chev trk i purchased at bonner,thats when everything stopped,i e mailed him again and got no response,so i guess i have to look elseware, i regret this as i liked bonner as a family dealership not a dealer that sells and forgets you,bonner treatd me very well when i purchased 2013 trk,now i feel like they don't want me. ????

Superior service
The service we received when we walked in to Bonner was wonderful. A welcoming greet, helping in finding the right car for us, and the time spent on showing us all the features of the car. We weren't rushed and the salesman was very courteous. This is the only place I plan to purchase vehicles from in the future! Overall, SUPERIOR service!!

Love our Equinox!
We never leased a vehicle so it was all new to us. Ed explained everything to us, answered all our questions and concerns. Brought the vehicle to the front so we could take a look at it and take for a test drive. When we decided to lease this vehicle, Ed was there to explain everything about the car. Good experience. They just need some people skills
I took my car there for its 7500 mile check up. When I walked into the place, I saw three men milling around and a woman in a booth. I did not know what to do at first. It would have been easier r me if someone greeted me and asked me what my reason for being there was.

Best Care Dealership
I have dealt with bonner chevrolet since Buddy Crossin was the owner. Then his Son'd Rich and Tommy took care of us. Now buddy's grandson Tim is takingcare of us. Car shopping is a family affair. They have always given me the best deal.
