I was a previous customer at this dealership, and because of a good experience I had the first time I came back for a second purchase. My salesman Ryan, along with his sales manager Mike were very easy to work with. I would consider buying there again.

I really Enjoyed my Car Search experience @ Branhaven, (Branford , CT) Angelo Capodiferro came across as a very Honest Person, who is very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, he explained everything in great detail about the car. He was not just trying to sell me the car as a salesman but actually wanted to help me find a car that i will be happy with. never pressured me about anything. I was at the dealership about 3 months ago inquiring about chryslers 300. Angelo took me around showed me a bunch of cars, and I drove one. He was very helpfull with all my questions.I told him I was not ready to buy, But he did not shove me off because of not being bready. He went the coarse and did not rush me after he knew I wasnt ready.Because of Angelo is the reason I came back to purchase the car from him, also there is a lot of dealers closer to my home where I could buy one, What does that tell you. All around, no complaints. Friendly, courteous and respectful. Everyone I met was top notch and a pleasure to work with. They assisted me after hours when easily could have left, like another dealership, which that same night told me I had two minutes before being locked in. Completely different experience at Branhaven. Highly suggest dealership.

This is my 5th Jeep from Branhaven. They are not the closest dealership to where I live, I go back because I have always had a great experience there. I always go there for service, because it's fast and no hassle. Again, there is a dealership much closer to where I live that I could go to, but I choose to go to Branhaven because they have great people working there.I always feel I am getting a fair deal, and being dealt with honestly.

We have purchased or leased over a dozen cars, vans and now jeeps with Branhaven over the past 20+ years. The sales and service department are exceptional. I have felt very safe driving all my vehicles and know when I have a concern or need it will be attended to promptly. As women (myself and my daughters) purchasing or leasing a new vehicle, we have been treated with respect as we ask questions and make decisions. This was not the case at other dealers. My husbands a totally disabled Air Force veteran from Dessert Storm. He is always addressed respectfully. The sales people have always taken time to explain car features to him and wait patiently for his questions. This past winter we endured tremendous snow storms. My daughter and I are nurses at a nearby hospital. Where other nurses were unable to get out from under the large amount of snow make to work, my Jeep liberty was a smooth ride over drifts and some unplowed areas. I feel very safe in all types of weather driving a jeep. I just picked up my new Patriot and am already pleased with the handling and smoothness of the ride.

Bill Larson was very personable, enthusiastic, informative, and helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with because he was honest, and spent a lot of time with us. He works very hard and we were very impressed with his body of work. We definitely recommend seeing Bill! Brandon Campbell was very personable, helpful, and knowledgable. He was also a great person to deal with! He made purchasing a car very easy.

My wife and I were out comparing different makes and models and with a limited window of time on the weekend Branhaven had what we were looking for as well as being one of the only dealers open on a Sunday. We met Ryan and he was excellent. He helped us by answering all of our questions, along the way to buying our first new/used car in over 7 years. It was truly a very low stress, non-pushy experience. This dealership understands customers needs and wants. They realize what customer satisfaction is all about. The dealership has a friendly atmosphere and know how to make you feel comfortable. There was no pressure or hard sales tactics. I will recommend friends and family to purchase vehicles from them in the future.
