Ryan Hall is the best car salesman I have met
Back in March my wife and I bought a 2013 Dodge caravan from Ryan Hall. I came in to get the free oil change and a detail. Ryan was off but Jonathan(I had never met him before) took care of everything very quickly. He treated me like I was his customer. I saw the Dart in the show room that got 41 mpg. We just had a baby and we needed a second car. I wasn't planning on getting on that day though. I went back and had Brandon run my information on getting a second loan. In less than 5 minutes he let me know that the SXT's had a good rebate and he gave me an estimate for my payments. A few days later I stopped in to talk to Ryan. After my last experience with him I was actually looking forward to hanging out with him again. We test drove several cars and I finally decided on the Dart Rallye. I love the car. I came back the next day to get the car and the financing with Brandon was very fast and easy as it had been the last time. I have worked in the car business before and none of the dealerships that I worked for were anything like Branhaven. Sales, Finance, and Service all 5 stars. I feel that people are always quick to write a review when they had a bad experience but don't really worry about it then they have a great one. Thanks again guys. It might be a little while until we get another one from you because my oldest is only 7.

I have used this dealer 3 times now and have been very happy with them. the dealer is located close to my home, the pricing is comparable to other dealers I have visited and prior experience with the service department made the decision easy. several friends also use this dealer with similar results.

Great Dealership
The dealership was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. You do not feel like a customer being taking advantage of. They build your confidence in them and their product. They take the time to answer all of your questions, concerns, etc. They go the extra mile for their customers. I dealth with Bill Larson, who was an excellent salesman. He was there for us every step of the way. He took the time needed to explain our vehicle's accessories, etc. He took us for a tour of the facility, including the service bay areas, car washing service area, detailing area, etc. I would so strongly recommend this dealership and especially recommend Bill Larson.

Bill was a great salesman... he listened to what I wanted...
Bill was a great salesman... he listened to what I wanted and kept in touch over several months. In the end I have the truck that I wanted and a price that was great. The overall experience was pretty flawless and painless. I'd recommend Branhaven and specifically Bill Larson to anyone.

My husband purchased a new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee over the phone. He dealt with Mike Ramcke the sales manager at Branhaven and salesman Angelo Capodiferro (the Cowboy). We knew what we wanted as far as the vehicle and were really interested in purchasing it locally. They had what we wanted on the lot. My husband couldn't say enough about his dealings with these gentlemen...the deal was quick, the price was great and the whole thing was handled clean and fast. We needed to add and install a towing package which was going to have to take place the following week. Instead, the work was pushed through so that it was complete on delivery. Bought the car on Wednesday and it was registered and delivered to my home on Friday! I was the recipient of the car and felt like a truly valued customer. The vehicle was delivered to my driveway by both Mike and Angelo who seemed almost as excited about the delivery of this gem of a ride as I was to get it. They were friendly, informative and professional. I told my husband I have never been treated so well in my life. It was unbelievable to me that Mike, the sales manager of all people, made this delivery to me on his day off! Angelo took the time to give me a detailed tour of the vehicle and both gentlemen invited me to call or stop in with any questions that might arise. I was so highly impressed with the royal service I received. I will never forget this special delivery experience and can't praise Mike and Angelo enough for putting their customer first. Dealing with Mike and Angelo is a must for a purchase experience like no other.
