What a disappointment! I heard good things about this...
What a disappointment! I heard good things about this dealer so I thought I would buy a truck from them. What a mistake. I first talked to a woman on the phone named Andrea who said I could buy the truck at MSRP and I was lucky they weren't selling it $5,000 over MSRP only caveat was I had to buy a fugazzi aftermarket warranty for $2,699. I thought that was incorrect information so I decided to show up and look at the truck I wanted to buy. Spoke with CherylAnn she then said the exact same thing. I said ill buy the truck at MSRP but not that junk warranty, she said buy the warranty or you can't buy the truck. So I bought the same truck as Gengras BELOW MSRP.

I dropped my car off for service without an appointment.....
I dropped my car off for service without an appointment.. Sydney checked me right in and my car had an oil change, tire rotation and full inspection and top off of fluids in 30 minutes. Who gets their car back in 30 minutes without an appointment from a service department??!! I do and did! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else for service. Hammonasset Ford goes above and beyond! Thanks for all of the EXCELLENT service. Sydney Clark, Sal Salafia and ALL of the service employees!!! Can go on and on...

Daniel Sapione met me in the morning and had the pickup ready to show. It was exactly what I was looking for so a deal was made within an hour. The entire dealership was great.
