Service recall on 2017 Dodge Journey

Took my vehicle in for a recall that Ganley let me schedule. Dropped my vehicle off after 9 am. Called at one to see if recall was completed. Received a text that my vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. Went to Ganley, part was not replaced because it was out of stock! Why did Ganley let me schedule and waste my husband?s time following me and taking me to pick up my car when nothing was completed? The inside of my car was dirty! I?ve never dealt with Aurora Ganley and am disappointed! The service department didn?t know where my car was.

Awful dealership

Sold me a brand new vehicle that had numerous problems. They essentially refused to fix the problems (the manager will problem comment on this and arrogantly say otherwise), but when I call having issues with my new vehicle and I am told it is user error, that is a problem. When I then bring it in for service and leave with none of the issues fixed, that is a bigger problem. When I take the vehicle to another dealership to fix the problem and they listen to all my concerns and fix everything, you realize just how big of a problem Ganely actually is. Please avoid this dealership at all costs.

Erik, I'm glad to hear your Wi-Fi/UConnect/Audio-visual issues are resolved. It's also good to hear you feel Clinton was a great sales consultant as you stated in your other review. As I said in our phone call, I apologize that our look at your Pacifica didn't resolve all the issues as we were unaware of all due to the communication errors that were made.
