I requested information from an email. Tom Jr. got back to me immediately the next day. The whole experience from start to finish was painless, unlike the last 2 dealerships I had dealings with in Cortland. They were also excellent to my 11 year old son, giving him free stuff....They made me not dislike car dealers and Tom Jr. the salesman was concerned about helping me get out of the bad situation I was in. Bought a used car for my son at Mark Thomas Ford a few months ago and was EXTREMELY pleased. So when we decided to start looking for a specific new vehicle, we went back. Told them what we were looking for and within 2 weeks, they found it for us. We changed our minds several times on certain specifications and EVERYONE was wiling to work with us and HELP us. Trade in value on our old car was fair, car prices were fair...everything was great. They really understand the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's hard to find that anymore. Most places just want the sale. I never felt like that there. They sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase and repeat business. The salesman, Jason Banic did a FANTASTIC job!
