Sales representative and Finance representative very knowledgeable and customer focused. Technology utilized for sales and financial document reviews and signatures was outstanding. Also, in my ongoing utilization of this dealership's service department, I would rate the service department as outstanding with a strong focus on the customer. I will continue to utilize the dealership for any maintenance and/or required service.

I bought a vehicle from their pre-owned lot.

I bought a vehicle from their pre-owned lot. They said it was "Blue Certified". Within two weeks and 250 miles of driving it I got a check engine light. Turned out to be a bad catalytic converter. I'm having a hard time believing they went over the vehicle and didn't know. The delership offered to repair it for an additional $1896 calling the catalytic converter a "wear item" that isn't covered by their warranty. If Dean Sellers has wronged you too. Your best bet is to file a complaint with the Michigan attorney general so they'll look into this dealership's business practices.
