Have had my three vehicles, two Ford and one Toyota serviced here for about a year now. Ron is great to deal with. He seems very thorough in both estimates, service, and repairs. He definitely wants to get it right the first time. Prices are reasonable. Other employees are very friendly and make sure you are comfortable during the wait. Totally recommend this place. Will come here first when I'm ready to buy and will continue to come for service.

I was surprised to discover that the closest Ford dealer certified to service a CMAX hybrid is in Garrett which is a very small city compared to Fort Wayne. However I was very pleased with the service from my first phone call with Ron the service manager. They did a preliminary diagnostic check and discovered we needed a new 12 volt battery, plus a module and the door latches replaced. The battery was not on a recall but the rest was. They did not charge us for the first visit. When they did the necessary repairs the total cost was even less than what they quoted and the work was done on time as scheduled. Ron was friendly and professional and explained everything that needed to be done and did not seem to be in any hurry as is often seen in larger dealer ships. I will definitely return to Yoder for car repairs on the CMAX and would recommend others to take the 20 minute drive from Fort Wayne to Garrett.
