I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Everyone who works there is so welcoming and there really is no pressure to buy. Everyone that I happened to talk to was incredibly nice, they knew what they were talking about, and they were courteous; especially Angela. I wish I would have gone to JP in the past for all my cars because this has been the best experience I've had buying a car. Very prompt with the whole process as well. So far the murano I bought is wonderful and I have no complaints. I'm a first time Nissan owner and this car is far better than the Buick I had before. I really am impressed with the quality and the transparency. I don't leave reviews, but I feel this place deserves a good review because of the quality of service delivered. Couldn't be happier, go in and ask for Angela!

We were greeted right away by Zach when we arrived. He was very knowledgeable of the car that we were interested in and the transaction was very smooth from start to finish. It was such a nice pleasure to work with the other people there that were also very knowledgeable of their jobs which made our job of buying a car very easy. Sean worked with us on the numbers and makes a mean bean soup! We have purchased many cars in our lives and I have to say JP motors was a pleasure to do business with I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Carole was very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. We enjoyed purchasing our 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport on Oct. 26, 2021. We traded in a Jeep and was not interested in getting another Jeep because of the problems we had with the Jeep. We had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership which we still have so we decided to purchase another vehicle from them.

Zack worked with our schedule and let us do everything online until it came down to signing the papers.they definitely take care of you we noticed a screw in the tire when we got home and we are going in Monday for them to fix it. We will definitely be going back for our next vehicle
