Everyone there made us feel welcomed, certainly made the 2 hour drive worth it. Zach and the management team was attentive since we arrived. Made all the process a breeze! Will recommend to anyone and will definitely would not think twice to use in the future.

Had some misunderstandings early, but JP auto corrected the problems. Definitely do care about their customers. I definitely would return for sales and or service. This is a new review to update my review of May 1, 2020. DEFINATELY 5 STARS.

So easy to work with from start to finish. Everything from the initial inquiry to driving off of the lot was convenient and exciting. Financing went smoothly and the sales guys were entertaining. No one judged me when I cleaned out my mess of a trade in. If I were dying, I would go there for comic relief first . Really an exciting experience ,

I was stranded while traveling to my mothers home over the holidays when my car broke down they towed me to JP Motors. When we arrived I was helped by Jacob who immediately saw I was distressed and assured me they would get my car right in and see if they could get me back on the road. Fortunately they did not have the parts in stock but gave me a car so that I could get to my moms for Christmas. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my car was repaired when I returned. The icing on the cake was he had it cleaned for me!!!! THANK YOU JACOB YOUR THE BEST!!!
