Zach went far beyond my expectations as my salesman. I will never go to another dealer. Scott the Manager came and greeted me as well. The entire staff from sales to service are amazing people and I would take my family there to buy cars. They stand behind their product. The best part is that I never have to spend and entire day at a car dealer with JP. Zach was honest and upfront so I knew immediately what I could afford to buy..The best!!!

Went in to check out a Mercedes, walked out feeling as though I was family. Loved the service and genuine hospitality. This was not an ordinary trip to a dealership. Normally I dread those. I had been coming to this dealership since I had bought my Infinity from up North. What lead me here was the fact that it was a Nissan dealership. What kept me coming back was the friendliness and overall care I had always received. When I decided to check out a Mercedes, Jp Motors was the 1st place I thought of. We could have went up north like we had done in the past for high vehicles but honestly didn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else after receiving the care I have been given every time I’d been in for oil. When I came to test drive one, I met Carole. She was recommended from a friend of mine who was in also the previous week. I had never been by myself before when checking out cars but she made me feel at ease. I fell in love with one she showed me and she was very informative without the usual pushiness that others have showed at other dealerships. I felt she was very trustworthy right away. When I went home I told my husband what I had text drove and he said he wanted me to look at Audi’s before I made a concrete decision. We went up north to look but I couldn’t get the experience I had and the Mercedes out of my head. When we decide Mercedes was the way to go we headed straight back to Carole at Jp Motors. Even though they did not have the color I needed we were willing to wait just to be able to purchase it from them. Carole called the next day saying she found one and it would be here the next day. And it was perfect!!! She listened to all my wants and needs and found it. I was so surprised when it didn’t take longer. I have been over the top with my decision and will recommend everyone I come in contact with to go to Jp Motors and ask for Carole if they want a good experience buying a vehicle.

We went into JP to look for a truck for my husband(who is still looking) Our Salesman was Josh Brozowich ! I told Josh I was also looking for an SUV, I told him my specifications and price range, I will say;I’ve never had someone listen to detail as Josh did, Josh not only found the exact car I was wanting but so much more and even with that so much more he stayed in my price range. I was no longer window shopping at that moment! I bought my beautiful car and I owe it all to Josh and also the fantastic staff, for working on the financials end of it. We will be recommending JP Chevrolet to everyone Thank you!!!!

Went in to talk to a Jeff but instead dealt with Chad who was very attentive to our needs and wants and very patient with us as we made up our minds which vehicle we wanted .. I hate feeling pressured into buying something I’m gonna hate later and he didn’t make me feel like that I highly recommend chad and Jeff at Jp Chevy

Bill made the process very speedy and cordial and the Managers were personable and fair dealers... I experienced one of the best trades a person could wish for...

Not only best the competitors price (Rockford, Rochelle, etc) they did what they said they would do. Even gave me an out the door price on the truck i wanted before I made the trip
