Dear Subaru, As my wife Bonnie and I contemplated our

Dear Subaru, As my wife Bonnie and I contemplated our future move to the Phoenix area, we knew we wanted a new Forester Touring in order to enjoy our ride across the country. We are, however, saddened by the fact that we will no longer have the comfort of dealing with Minooka Subaru when we buy our cars and bring them in for service. Our most recent experience at Minooka Subaru brought us into contact with Sales Rep Chris Corbett. We were pleased, but not surprised, when Chris treated as if we were old friends. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. He worked with and for us to create the best deal possible, so that when we were out the door we had a new friend that helped us and made us feel as though we got a great deal. The safety of a Subaru, particularly a Forester, gives me peace of mind. With the Touring Edition, we got a car that has many creature comforts - some of which were unfamiliar to us. That said, Jim Corbett walked us through how to use all of the bells and whistles this car has to offer. We are old and he listened to all of our questions and answered in a way we could understand. He made sure we knew how to optimize the use of our new car and gave us his undivided attention. Jim made us feel like we had another new friend making us feel like family. We were then directed to an office where we met Trish Corbett. She walked us through the credit and financing process, quickly, thoroughly, and as painlessly as possible. Trish also was a delight to work with in spite of working with a new, not yet mastered computer application. I highly recommend everyone I know to, not just get a Subaru but get a Minooka Subaru and become part of the their family, with no requirement to change your last name to Corbett. Kind Regards,

Minooka Subaru Joe found me the steal, Matt sold me the wheels, &Claire found and finalized the deal and Mike explained that I no longer will need to click my heels. In all seriousness, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. There are not enough words to express my appreciation. What started as an overwhelming and sad situation requiring me to search for another car ended up with an amazing car. I owe it to the Minooka Subaru staff. Thank you again so much!

Second new Subaru was bought here. It's a neighborly business that solves any issues. Making good on warranty, and I greatly appreciate being accommodated for same day needed brake issue.

Just bought a new 2022 Outback Wilderness from Minooka...

Just bought a new 2022 Outback Wilderness from Minooka Subaru. They were great with our trade-in, giving us $3500 more than the Bluebook estimate. And they gave us dealers price on any accessories that we added on to the vehicle. I have never owned a Subaru before, but with this type of personalized service, i will be back when i need another vehicle.

Service department.

Jim and joe Corbett were always helpful with my wife Barbara and Me in buying many Subaru’s from them. The service department is the best around. I highly recommend Minooka Subaru.

I can't say enough in this small space about how great Minooka Subaru is. No pressure, thats awsome, very helpful, fantastic service department. I am going for my third forester soon, love the car, love the dealership.

Best. Dealer. Ever

I hate buying cars. Everyone does, but the last time I went through this process I ended up having an emotional breakdown in the middle of a dealership. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to the car buying process. I would have rather gotten a root canal with a dentist that doesn't believe in painkillers. I can honestly say Minooka Subaru changed my panicked thoughts on car buying. From the beginning, they were honest and forthright (they actually advertised their cars at the price they offer you, can you believe it?). The entire experience took less than two hours and I walked out with a smile on my face, a new car, and a great deal. If you are looking for a dealership that won't make you feel like you just gave up your firstborn son when you leave, look no further. I drover an hour and half based off a friend's recommendation, and it was worth every mile. Ask for Pat, he's the man.
