Grace and the people at Bowling Green Auto Sales were

Grace and the people at Bowling Green Auto Sales were great. Very helpful and responsive. They said any issues with the vehicle would be addressed, so I had no worries. They did a great job detailing the vehicle! I Highly recommend. The only issue with the vehicle I purchased was that it came from the Carey Ohio Ford dealership, which is under common ownership. The vehicle was inspected there and they either did not find or did not disclose that the rear window had two broken clips. I noticed this the day after purchase due to driving it home in the rain and seeing that water leaked inside the vehicle. After trying to contact the owner for three weeks, he would not work with me on a fix at all and said it is “sold as is”. I strongly suggest having any vehicle inspected by a third party.

Disappointed.

Disappointed. I made an appointment to see and drive a specific car on their lot, which was almost 3 hours away from me. I was running a little late, and they even called to check that I was still coming when I was about an hour away. When I arrived, someone else was test driving the same car, and they ended up buying it right in front of me. It is my opinion that, since they knew I was coming, I should have had preference over a walk-in customer. They were apologetic, and the car was as advertised, but I still think this showed bad business practices. 6+ hours of my day (and a tank of gas) wasted.
