Having purchased a 2021 Ford from Brewster Ford, when it

Having purchased a 2021 Ford from Brewster Ford, when it was time to replace our 2014 Ford, we shopped around and then went to Brewster Ford last. I have to say that they were not presumptuous that we would buy there and earned the sale by there attentiveness, follow-up and flexibility. We purchased a 2025 Escape Hybrid at a competitive price and painless delivery. In the middle of the process, the sales person had left to pursue another career path. The assigned sales person (Matthew) reached out to introduce himself and kept us aware of build status and assured arrangement of the ceramic coating and delivery. He went through all of the controls at delivery and answered all of our questions. Kudos to Rob for making a good selection of assigning Matthew to us and bringing Matthew up to speed on our purchase and needs. Even the financing process was painless.

I had an outstanding experience buying my Ford F-150 from Michael Rose at Brewster Ford. From the start, Michael was friendly, professional, and genuinely easy to work with—no pressure, no games. He was completely transparent and forthcoming, walking me through every step and answering all my questions honestly. Michael went the extra mile to help me find the exact truck I wanted, with all the features I had been looking for, and made sure I got it at a fair price. He also made the trade-in process smooth and ensured I got solid value for my old vehicle. Throughout it all, he was extremely responsive and respectful of my time. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Michael Rose. He truly did right by me and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. This is how car buying should be.

Michael Rose helped me remotely to buy an F350. Quick replies, good follow ups, and honest. When I arrived to purchase in person everything was lined up and it only took an hour. I buy a lot of vehicles for my business and was happy with how fast Michael and financing employee Brian made it happen. Highly recommend these two for their professionalism and straightforward approach.

Recently I visited Brewster Ford in search of a used

Recently I visited Brewster Ford in search of a used pickup truck and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michael Rose. Although my budget was lower than the class of truck I was seeking, Michael worked every available option to find the right fit. Michael was in constant contact throughout the search and made the process simple and enjoyable. In the end I didn't purchase a vehicle because it had become abundantly clear that what I was asking for was not feasible. I was in a 50k market with a 25k budget however, Michael has continued to stay in contact and has offered assistance if needed in the future. Michael is a professional who I would highly recommend if you're planning on purchasing a new or used vehicle.

In September of 2024 I bought my Mach-E in for service

In September of 2024 I bought my Mach-E in for service (the batteries had a problem). The service department informed me they accidentally dropped my car off the lift and damaged the door. They told me to go to a local body shop and get it repaired and they would cover it. I called the body shop and they said they'd need the car for at least a few days so I should call Brewster Ford for a loaner car. Over the past several months, I've been trying to get the new service manager at Brewster Ford to return my call to discuss. Every time I call, I get "She's on a call right now. She'll call you right back." I'm still waiting. I see this as a common theme on reviews. I just called them one final time. They said after asking me several questions and putting me on hold several minutes "It turns out she's not here today and she'll call you on Monday." I told them is there anyone there who can just give me a loaner? The service rep rudely said he can't just give me a loaner because no one there knows what this is about and the service manager doesn't know what this is about (how did he know that if she wasn't there?). I said incorrect. I was told she was aware of this on a previous call. And... this isn't documented? I told him if I don't hear from her on Monday, I'm going to review them online accordingly. The service rep said "I can't even be on the phone if you're threatening me." I said me giving you a fair review is threatening you? And he said "Yes." I guess it's time for legal action as they have not been able to fix the car they damaged. I am busy with work and kids. I don't have time for this. This is the kind of trouble you can expect with dealing with Ford of Brewster NY. You have been warned.
